I would recommend working with Ernestas Simaitis. He was professional and understanding. I did a house viewing with him he was on time and took his time to not just walk around but show us have a chat and answer our questions. Although we didn’t end up taking the house he was happy to show us other options and was patient with us being picky. Thank you once again.

I just wanted to share some quick feedback after Jacob came by to evaluate our house on Saturday morning. He was incredibly professional and made the whole process easy to follow. Jacob walked us through a range of marketing options, explaining everything clearly so we knew exactly what was available. On top of that, he was really friendly and polite, which made the experience even better. We truly appreciated his expertise and the thoughtful way he handled everything. Thanks again for sending Jacob, we were really happy with the service.

We recently viewed a property with Celso from haart Estate Agents and had an excellent experience. He was friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable. He allowed us plenty of time to explore the property at our own pace while being on hand to answer any questions we had, making the whole viewing process smooth, informative, and stress-free. We really appreciated his helpful and approachable manner.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Haart Estate Agency, specifically with Joshua Parsons, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. After disappointing experiences with two other estate agencies, working with Haart was a refreshing change. Even though I didn’t use their recommended solicitors and broker, because I was transitioning from another property where the sale fell through, they still treated me as a top priority from start to finish. Joshua was always available to answer my questions, no matter how many I had. Whenever I needed them to chase the vendor's solicitors, they did so without any hesitation, ensuring that the process moved as smoothly as possible. They were so accommodating whenever I requested to view the property, making sure I could see it whenever I needed to, without any pushback. In a market where it's easy to feel like just another client, Haart and Joshua made sure I felt valued and supported throughout the entire process (that to me was very important cnsidering how I was treated before). So I'd never look no further, I will go with them. Thank you, Joshua, and the entire Haart team, for helping my dream come true

My viewing with a young lad Ibrahim was so great he deserves five star! He was very knowledgeable and his professional attitude made me feel like I was in safe hands. He showed me around the property and provided me all the informations to my questions without hesitation. His prompt communication made every step of the viewing go smoothly. A great asset to your team and I recommend them to everyone.

From my initial enquiry into purchasing a shared ownership property, Muneeka has been professional, friendly and courteous. She contacted me quickly in response to my enquiry and has been in constant communication with me throughout the purchase process. Both Jamie and James have also been instrumental in assisting me in every step of the process and all have supported me with kindness and courtesy, during every step of the way, thus making a daunting and unknown experience far less stressful than it may otherwise have been. I have been pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and customer friendly focus displayed by all at the Haart Estate agents team. I was treated respectfully and considerately at all times and in my personal experience of my house moving journey, this has been a refreshing and most welcome change.

Had an amazing viewing experience with haart Peterborough. Celso showed me around a property in Whitacre and was enthusiastic, informative about the local area and extremely friendly. As we were driving around, we noticed many properties managed by haart, which just shows how strong their local presence is. Would definitely recommend haart Peterborough for their great customer service and professional approach

My experience with Muneeka who works as Senior sales negotiator with Haarts, Peterborough has been great. She's helpful and supportive, and does whatever she can to make your property visits pleasant. She's very quick to respond to whatever you ask of her, and if she doesn't know, she makes sure to find out for you. A lovely lady. Thank you 🙏 Mrs. Lim

1. Ms. Amy from lheart lettings agency Peterborough, had demonstrated a high level of support and professionalism in smoothening our move in process to the property. 2. Ms. Amy was following up with us on each step though she experienced some delay in response/reply from our side. Whereas, she demonstrated understanding. professionality in her emails and the way she was following up. 3. Ms. Amy took extra mile and initiative in supporting us and being available when needed to clarify my inquiries. I'd like to express my gratitude and appreciation for her assistance. Having stated the above and as far as heart lettings Peterborough is concerned, I personally will recommend them to all my contacts and business associates to use their services. In this context, I'd strongly advise and kindly request that heart lettings to maintain the same level of services and the quality of employee you are hiring. Once again, thank you all for the great effort that was put to assist the entire process.

I never had a bad experience with Haart lettings. I wrote a review a year back on how seamless they helped me get into a rental property when I was looking to move. I had come issues in the property nothing major, but the normal issues we encounter over the time. Every time I raised it with them, they understood the priority and took it to closure. Special mention to Mica Farrer, who helped me on all the occasions. Fantastic job I would say doing all the coordination and follow-ups.. Keep it up
