Fantastic service from start to finish. Great communication and support from out Estate Agent Luke Hill. When issues arose he worked really hard on our behalf to sort them out. He made our journey much better than it would have been without his support. Luke kept us updated and checked things out on our behalf. We found his help really invaluable when we had problems with some of the documents and he helped us to understand and find alternatives to achieve the outcome we needed. We found a house we wished to view. I contacted the Haart office in Peterborough and Luke returned my call. Luke was very polite, professional and helpful. He made a big effort to meet my request for an early viewing and met us at the property, on time, as agreed. He enabled us to walk around the property on our own, which we liked and answered any questions we had. All in all, a positive experience. Luke was a great fit for us in selecting an agent to represent us selling our home, he was knowledgeable and had done his homework on the area thoroughly in comparison to others. The pictures taken of our property were fantastic, a great degree of care was taken to get the best angles and lighting and it really showed in the marketing material. Luke was fantastic when it came to brokering the deal for our sale and we really felt he was on our side. ⭐ 1 Star, Avoid This Company I strongly advise landlords to avoid this company for both property management and lettings services. Mrs lara from property management it’s absolutely rude and every time you call the office they never get back to you When you sign up, you are encouraged to pay for various management services, legal protection, and rent guarantee products. However, when you actually need their support, especially in cases involving tenant arrears, legal action, or possession proceedings, they appear to do everything possible to avoid taking action. In my experience, they repeatedly requested additional documents and information that had never been requested before, creating unnecessary delays and obstacles rather than helping to resolve the issue. It felt as though they were looking for excuses not to proceed with the legal protection services that I had already paid for. Customer service has been extremely disappointing. Calls are often unanswered, communication is poor, and staff appear inexperienced and insufficiently trained to deal with serious property management issues. As a landlord, you need a management company that protects your interests and acts promptly when problems arise. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. My experience has been incredibly frustrating and stressful. I felt unsupported throughout the process and left to deal with problems that I was paying the company to manage on my behalf. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company and would strongly suggest that landlords look elsewhere for property management, lettings, and legal protection services.

Urgently needed a house. HAART were the only agent that provided a suitable property as quickly as we needed. Amy dealt with our case and pushed things along as quickly as she could whilst maintaining constant contact to ensure we knew the stage where we were in process. The entire process was exceptionally smooth and this is truly down to Amy’s dedication to provide exceptional service for her clients. Nothing we asked was ever too much effort for her and she truly went above and beyond her duties. Upon completion we received a welcome pack and a Thankyou parcel from Amy and HAART which included some much needed vouchers for retailers people generally need when moving house.
