My partner and I are currently going through the process of selling our property. Chris did a fantastic job at securing a buyer and remained professional and kept us informed throughout this journey. Unfortunately, due to the current climate the sale of our property is going slower than we had hoped. We’ve used haart for the 2nd time now, 1st time was when we was first time buyers (4 years ago) Tom was amazing the first time round and sold us a perfect first time house, so we thought we would use them again to sell that house and buy again. This time round had been a rollercoaster of a journey for us with various different reasons however Luke (branch manager) had kept me sane throughout the whole process, his communication was on point every time - he remained professional at all times and delivered amazing customer service. Many times I had screamed/cried down the phone to him and he still managed to make our sale happen (which we never thought we would see that day). I highly recommend haart at Peterborough & Luke. The team are brilliant so HUGE thank you to Luke, Tom, Chris, Kara for all helping me throughout the long 7 months (I can stop pestering you all now..... until next time lol)

I viewed a property for sale with James Bunning at 5:30pm on Friday, 25th Jan 2019 and all went according to plan. Unknown to me, I had dropped my debit card at the property and had a phonecall from the branch not long after leaving the property. Due to traffic, I didn't get back to the property till few minutes past 6pm and James was patiently waiting for me with my bank card! On a Friday evening when I trust he had better things to do..... Although I did not go on to make an offer on the property, I would be happy to find one through this company. They were rather honest and communicated with each other; saving me from a tricky situation. Well done team! And thank you again.
