We couldn't be more pleased with the service we have received from Rob, Chelsea and the team at Haart. Moving home is a daunting and stressful time, but the Haart team have helped us through the whole process. They have contacted us regularly to let us know how things are progressing and always gave us feedback promptly, after each viewing. They all worked hard to ensure our house was advertised to attract the most buyers and dealt with the whole sales process in a professional and friendly manner. Better than we could ever have hoped for. Thank you, Haart, I can't fault you!

To say that Keith was helpful would be a dramatic understatement. Being a first time buyer meant I only had my Dad's advice from buying a house almost 20 years ago. Keith made the daunting seem simple and was always polite, friendly and accommodating to my busy work schedule. Calling me from home at 8pm because I don't finish work until 7pm just to arrange critical illness insurance shows that he's willing to go above and beyond for his clients. When my house hunt hit an unusual bump, his years of experience really showed. And when he wasn't sure of an answer, he had the connections needed to get the right advice quickly. I couldn't be happier with my experience and hope to point any other house hunters his way.

I am currently selling my property and in contact with a number of estate agents in the area. Out of them all, I have to say that Haart have gone that extra mile to help me find the perfect home. I have been in contact with Thomas Smith in relation to my property searching and he is fantastic - reliable, thorough and very helpful. I like that I receive regular updates and emails to aid my search, the communication overall is simply excellent. Thank you Thomas and all at Haart for making the experience a whole lot easier for me!

We are currently purchasing a property which was advertised by Haart estate agents, it comes after searching for properties for nearly 2 years and negotiating with different estate agents in terms of giving an offer and following up on the process of the offer. But I have to say that, Haart estate agents have been abolutely spot on, in terms of providing excellent customer service, very specially James Bunning our agent and Luke Hill the branch manager provided all sorts of support and advise in helping us buy the property. To be honest, I think it's mainly because of James that we managed to buy the property, as he has always been very friendly, honest and have a very professional approach in dealing with customer, most importantly when it came to put an offer for the property, James gave me the right advice as to the sort of offer I should make in order to get the property, as well as he kept me well informed during the offer process, that shows that he is very committed and hard working in helping customers find the right property, lastly, he also made sure that the property was sold to me as quickly as possible, once I had completed all the financial checks with their mortgage advisor. Finally, even their in-house independent mortgage advisor Lisa Gamlin provided us a very friendly and excellent customers service. so I would definitely recommend Harrt estate agents to all my friends and families, when purchasing a property. HAART ESTATE AGENTS ARE THE BEST!!!!

I was selling my Grandma's house after she passed away. It wasn't an easy time for me or my family, so my parents asked me to take care of it. Luke was very helpful and walked me through the entire process, and was also very tactful. Not only the process of putting the house on the market went smooth, but also once the buyers were found the selling process wasn't painful at all. I was informed about the progress on regular basis, my questions were answered quickly, and overall I am satisfied with customer service. I will surely return to Luke and Haart in future.

Simply brilliant! I cannot speak highly enough of the Haart team, it's been nothing but a pleasure dealing with them. I have used them on multiple occasions and the service has been second to none. They are quick to respond to your calls and emails, they are professional and polite and most importantly, they are down to earth and like to get to know you. Joel has been absolutely fantastic throughout my current property search and always follows up when he says he will. He is very knowledgeable and takes into account your needs. They are a fantastic team with a refreshing approach. Highly recommended.

Who/where (Daniel / haart lettings Peterborough) Daniel was most helpful and thoughtful of our needs. However, we have found another property with a different lettings agency that suited our needs and wishes more accurately than what Haart Lettings had to offer at the moment. Nonetheless, I definitely recommend Haart Lettings and Daniel in particular and we will absolutely contact them in the future if we need to move again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We used Haart Peterborough to sell our house, and were very pleased with their efficiency and professionalism. In particular, we were impressed with the speed with which they valued our house and got it on the market, and then obtained plenty of viewings. Once on the market, Tom Smith was our main point of contact and we found him to be helpful and generally very positive in ensuring the process ran smoothly for us. They understood we were looking for a quick sale to secure our purchase property, and advised us and acted in accordance with this. After a sale had been agreed, Tom was critical in liaising between us and the buyer to get us to the point of exchange. We found him and the rest of the team very friendly and approachable.

We found Keith from Just Mortgages in Peterborough through speaking to a local estate agent when putting our home up for sale. Although we didnt go with this agent, we were very happy indeed to find Keith. His in-depth knowledge and experience put me at ease. I was impressed with his professional approach, taking the time to get to know us and our circumstances in detail to ensure the product he found would be right for us. No question was too silly and Keith was able to put me in the picture with regards a number of financial queries. I found him to be very flexible, patient, thorough and prompt in his dealings and would definitely recommend him and his services to anyone else, as I have already done so.

Haart Estate Agent, Peterborough is one of the best Estate Agents in the UK. All the staff are highly professional, patient and very helpful. Excellent customer services and good time management could be seen as one of the reasons why the agency is growing from strength to strength. I enjoyed my time with them during my resent transaction. They even provided me with their own solicitors called Movehomelegal or Pirie palman Ltd. To be honest these solicitors are highly professional, they provide excellent services but they are too strict. I would therefore highly recommend Haart Estate Agent, Peterborough to any one without any reservation. Many thanks for your excellent services. Sarfo

My experience with Keith Johnston during my remortgage process was second to none. I entered our first meeting a little worried and slightly stressed about the task ahead (remortgaging). However, I left the office feeling reassured and confident about the whole process. And I was not wrong. Step by step, Keith helped us to understand exactly what was happening at each stage of the process and what to expect next. His timescales were spot on, and left no page unturned. He covered absolutely everything! Not only was Keith thoroughly professional through out our experience, he is very easy to talk to and I definitely look forward to working with him again in the future. I personally, never normally give feedback, however, I would definitely recommend Keith to anybody and everybody. 12 out of 10! Topman Keith!"

Haarts Estate Agent, Peterborough, sold my 1 - bedroom flat in 24 hours. What can I say? Amazing. And they secured close to the asking price so I accepted the offer. I would like to add that the buyer was the first person to view the property. The planned Open Day was duly cancelled and the sale is progressing smoothly. I do recommend Haarts. The service is professional, staff approachable and questions always answered without delay. And of course, provide an online service to view the progress of the sale etc. Huge thanks to Rob and Chelsea.
