GoogleTop service by all the staff, not pushy at all, and will listen to you. Joel and Luke sorted the purchase of my new house out within 24 hours, that’s from the point of viewing all the way to confirming the sale and taking it off the market! Lisa Gamlin is also good to talk to in regards to mortgages, although I didn’t need to use her I would definitely recommend her.

Googlei work in emergency property service and we also provide maintenance work such boiler services, Ben Scarborough was going above and beyond for a Landlord to aid in them achieving a boiler service. Ben was a key figure in the transition of the completion of the service. concise communication and critical decision were imperative to the success. couldnt have done it without him !!!!

GoogleLiving at regal place. Had an issue for over a year with a leak. Every time we call Haart which must have been over 30 times now. They have always said we will call you back. Which has never happened. We own our flat but the flat above has leaked through to ours and they haven't done a thing to sort it. Now it looks like they just avoid issues trying to get ithers to pay as its a hassle for them speaking to landlords. That being said I feel for the landlord who owns the flat as clearly the flat is not being inspected or managed.
Hi Sam, we are sorry to read your review, the leak was fixed some time ago as soon as this was brought to our attention, I believe you refer to the damage caused to your en suite ceiling by the leak, I can see from our call log we have had eight calls from yourself all answered and also a returned call from my colleague Mica from our property management team. Although this is a buildings insurance issue our Landlord agreed up to a curtain spend to put right himself Two contractors were instructed to quote and I understand you let one down on the appointment date and the other gave up trying after not being able to arrange an appointment with you I understand a quote has now been given and the Landlord will either instruct that quote or refer to the insurance Our property inspections are up to date but thank you for your concern If you need to contact us please do so via pmpeterborough@haart.co.uk or 01733834110
