TrustpilotAvoid at all costs!
Toowoomba Office staff are rude, argumentative, openly hostile & will use intimidation/threats regularly. When asking questions you can expect to be lied to, harassed and essentially blackmailed into an agreement that won't help & Century 21 won't bother to action on their end anyway. Double check your invoices! Everything is overcharged & padded out!Would never recommend.

She has been an outstanding professional and I certainly believe that she is an asset to the organisation she works for. Wow I came in here after having a bad experience with sales staff for lettings. Rude, no customer service at all! They even gave me complaints number and e-mail as if they didn’t really care. So feel as no point of complaining as judging by all the comments both in hs is going to happen.

TrustpilotCommunication is absolutely terrible
Also known as Symonds and Greenaway at least in Peterborough. They very rarely answer their phone. You can leave messages for them to call back, but they won't call you back. When you do speak to them, they will tell you they'll call you back with information on a property you inquired about... they will not. They do not reply to emails. Communication is just terrible all around.

Afternoon Essam, After reading your review, I have looked into your complaint with my team to see how this happened. You were booked into view a property with us on Saturday 19th June at 12.00. My colleague who was due to meet you at the property sent you a text message at 08.38 on Saturday morning to advise that the viewing had been cancelled. Over 3 hours before the viewing was due to take place. I think there seems to be some confusion surrounding this property, the property in question is a PX deal with a local housebuilder. The people that you met on the day are no longer the legal Owners, we have not been advised by the legal Owners that this property has in fact SOLD STC, so we are looking into this with them as to how this information has come about. We will be in contact with yourselves directly to discuss this once we hear back from the housebuilder. I can only apologise that you cancelled your family arrangements for this, but I have seen proof of the text from my colleague which was sent to you at 08.38; morning of the viewing. Enquired about a rental which was advertised as pets accepted, phoned up, sorry no pets accepted. Passed through to another person, he said the landlord would allow 1 cat, but wouldn't check if he would accept 2. Very dismissive, very rude, felt like I was committing a crime or something by enquiring. After the phone call, the ad changed within 5 minutes and removed pets allowed! Even though they said 1 would be allowed. So they are robbing people with pets of opportunities, not because landlords don't mind, because they do.

GoogleWaste of time they just take your money and then ignore you for weeks would not recommend anyone trying to sell or buy or rent anything from this place. It’s like they hired a bunch of kids to run the place!
