Just when I lost hope of selling with a certain other estate agency. I turned to Century 21 and safe to say they couldn't have done a better job. Perry sold my house within 3 weeks of it going up, and whilst the process was very long (due to know fault of their own) it was hassle free for the most part with C21. Communication was not always 10/10 but no problems from my end. Lisa was great as was Ben. Would highly recommend for the Peterborough area.

We changed over our management company for our HMO property after having had a horrible experience with another managing agent. We were on the verge of selling due to bad management and Arrears until we discovered Century 21. Ben met us at the property, onboarded us and liaised with the agent to transfer to Century 21. Although the previous managing agent was making things difficult and not playing ball, Ben was persistent in chasing for documents and took the pressure off us. He put a payment plan together in place for the arrears and we now have an app where we can see when an invoice has been raised and payment has been made. The arrears are now being repaid by the tenants and the property is managed smoothly. I cannot recommend Century 21 enough. Thank you Ben and the team for all your support. We truly appreciate it.

We had built a relationship with Ben over a few years since he first valued our property so Century 21 was the obvious choice for us. He suggested a plan to sell that minimised disruption for us by having an open house so all viewings were booked in a 3hr window. Pre-checks had been made on all viewers so we were assured that everyone was proceedable. A professional photographer was used and the photos were amazing! We had a number of offers following the open house. We secured an excellent ‘in excess of asking price’ offer the first working day after viewing. Century 21 kept us in the loop until we exchanged then completed. They were always calm, helpful and didn’t bother us with too much unnecessary detail. Lisa was hugely helpful and Ben was great, would happily recommend for great service

I was very happy with the service I received from start to finish. After my first house purchase fell through at the final hour through a different estate agent, I was referred to Century21 and Perry Katesmark, who quickly found the perfect house for me. As time was of the essence to keep my house buyers on board, Perry and his team, Adam, and Lisa, helped me to get through to completion, in just 7 weeks. Communication was excellent and I was kept up to date on each stage of the process. I would therefore highly recommend their services.

Would highly recommend using Century 21 to sell your house! We had a few valuations and checked all of the agents other listings. Ben was far more consistent with what we saw in relation to what he said so we felt more able to trust what he said he'd do. The listing looked great and described our home of 19 years with care and really captured what it offered to prospective buyers. Listings were arranged quickly and efficiently, and in most instances were grouped together. The house sold very quickly and for an amount higher than we expected from the conversations with the other valuers, so we were well happy. We had several interested parties and were kept informed all the way. We also felt they were fair in the way they managed the offers, something that would be important to us if we were submitting an offer on a property, showing honesty and integrity. In the sale process, Perry and Ben have been very attentive, updating us with every step of progress and reassuring us when we have been unsure of the process, offering sound advice all the way. They really have done a great job at making the process as easy as they can, every step of the way.

Many thanks to Lisa and Ben for their hard work and persistence in the sale of my rental property. After the first buyer was unable to get a mortgage the property was quickly sold a second time. This was far from a straightforward process but thanks to their diligence we finally achieved completion. I was regularly updated on progress and Lisa was always there to answer any queries I had. Great service from start to finish. Ben was brilliant at the start and dealt directly with the tenant when the property went on the market. They communicated well on viewings and feedback. We sold our house through century 21 in October. After being on the market with other estate agents for a while we took our property off the market and relisted it with century 21. Ben and Perrie were absolutely amazing. From day 1 they communicated well with us and were honest about everything. She is an absolute diamond and must be one of the most reliable, honest and hardworking agents we have ever dealt with. Daniela has gone above and beyond to assist us every step of the way. Her correspondence is fantastic and follows up each and every time to make stressful situations seem like a breeze. Daniela explains things in an extremely personal manor in which she truly cares about providing an outstanding service for her clients. Avoid this letting agency if possible

Avoid this letting agency if possible. Incredibly vague with details, lots of miscommunication and very slow to process deposits and paperwork. Paid a deposit, submitted lots of paperwork and then heard nothing back until we were suddenly told that someone else was going to take the flat unless we paid more, basically extortion as this shouldn't really be allowed as it negates the purpose of a holding deposit. When we moved in we were only provided with one key, and after two weeks of asking, they eventually got round to giving us another, only after I highlighted that failing to do so may constitute breach of contract as it was essentially withholding access to a property and facilities that we were currently paying for.

I have had the most amazing experience purchasing two properties from Century 21. I am grateful to the whole team, especially Ben Symonds. The thing I liked the most was the communication, and always being aware of what was going on. Whenever I mentioned something, the agent would make some calls, and call me back really quickly with an update. I could also call or text him and get a quick response even outside working hours. They were also very proactive, you know, pestering the solicitor on my behalf, and the sellers solicitor as well, so the sale progressed smoothly and quickly. I can absolutely recommend Century 21.
