They take your money then they don’t reply after ages. Stay away from this place honestly not worth time or hassle to even talk to them. Company is run by a bunch of kids.

Excellent service by Ben and his team, always there for a telephone call. Really professional and answers all the questions you asked them. Would definitely recommend them and also they have various plans for landlords.

June 2023. Finding a flat anywhere at the moment is nigh on impossible so I was keen to see the one I am now as it was immediately available. Had the viewing so started the process which, given I wanted to move out of expensive temporary accommodation was done in record time. Picked up the keys from Daniela da Costa who runs the letting process at C21 Peterborough.. Being completely new to the City she even gave me directions as to how to negotiate the ring road to get to the flat. Helpful and thorough follow up from her as well. Very plesased.

Firstly, their customer service is nonexistent. It's as if they take pride in ignoring their tenants' concerns and needs. Whenever I reached out for assistance, I was met with rude and dismissive attitudes from their staff. They displayed a complete lack of professionalism and seemed to have no interest in resolving any issues. Secondly, the house itself was a disaster. The so-called "fully furnished" accommodation was nothing but a facade. The furniture was outdated and worn-out, some pieces even broken. The overall cleanliness was appalling, with dirty carpets, dusty surfaces, and an overwhelming stench that permeated the entire property. It was evident that the house had not been properly maintained or cleaned for ages.

Highly not recommended. Tried to rent a property with this agency (worst mistake ever) just to be scammed for £100 deposit, which would have been deducted from 1st month’s rent if I was to move in that property. My paperwork did not meet the requirements to rent that property so I have been given the option to pay for 3/6 months in advance which seems ridiculous so I refused the offer. Was not offered to view any other properties, even tho there were some potential rentals. Just to be told after 1 week that the £100 deposit is non refundable because I refused the option that the landlord gave me. If you want to rent a property in Peterborough, I suggest you don’t stop here, trust me! They will easily send you to complain to a manager, adding “however I believe he will agree with myself”.

Afternoon Mr Marius, I think you’ve failed to include one major piece of information here…The reason that your application failed was due to false information provided on your Application Form, which you submitted to us? I won’t go into specifics on here, however I have reviewed this with the Lettings team and you did not provide us with honest information when applying for this property. Our referencing results flagged some previous issues, in-which effected your application and ability to proceed with the property. The Landlord offered a solution, but you were not able to fulfil this. I understand that you even offered some rent upfront but didn’t want to pay a deposit? That is not possible and our team did advise you of this. I understand that you’re frustrated, however you must understand that the information YOU provided us on the original Application Form did not coincide with your referencing results. I have been dealing with this company for a while now, and I am happy with their services, if I have any issues that need sorting, I have been dealing with Curtis, and I am impressed with the way he gets things done, and also his attention to details and ability to stay on top of several things at once, is very remarkable; I have no hesitation in recommending this company and Curtis who is a wonderful member of staff.

stay away from them i sent a deposit and for a month i can't enter the house they started asking me for a 6 month deposit :) I agreed with 3 and the they raised the rent of the house from 900 to 950 very clear to them and i refused now they are not returning my deposit i have filled this forum 4 times, lazy people are not responsible for anything under any circumstances some message from them . Ben Symon Sure Because of the situation and delay, he has now improved the property with some decorative works and has asked us to increase the rental amount to £950.00 PCM. Would this be ok for you? He would be happy with the 3 months’ rent upfront and no guarantor. We would just need to complete your referencing before we confirm a moving date.

Afternoon Boryhana, Please remove this review, this is a completely unfair reflection of our office. You have failed to include some KEY details throughout this process, I will happily elaborate below, as we take pride in our Google reviews and I will not allow you to tarnish our stellar reputation. Firstly, you initially requested for the tenancy to be solely in your partner's name, despite informing us that you'd both be living at the property. I explained on numerous occasions, that we cannot do this. Secondly, after finally agreeing on the other point, you then changed the application entirely and failed to provide accurate details for the person/s that would be occupying the property. I advised (very clearly) that we would not proceed to setting ANY move-in dates, until we have established the above and all adults (18+) had completed our usual referencing checks. You failed to complete any of our referencing and seemed to think, that because you could offer 3-months' rent in advance, that you could 'bypass' referencing and proceed to moving into the property. I advised (many times) that this is not the case and we would not be prepared to proceed with your application, until the referencing is completed. This is the same for any of our rental properties. Lastly, you also failed to mention the volume of phone-calls that you have recently made to our office, where you were incredibly rude to myself and my colleague (Daniela) and even put the phone down on me, after swearing numerous times and being very offensive. I then advised that due to not completing referencing and your behaviour towards myself, as well as other members of staff, we would not be proceeding any further with your application. We provided you adequate time to complete this process and do not wish to discuss the matter any further. The Landlord is in complete agreement with the decision we have made and we will not be 'threatened' to move someone into a property, when they are not prepared to follow basic procedures. Century21 & Daniela have been very supportive throughout this process of putting my property up for rental. It took me around 5 months to get the property ready which was longer than expected but I didn't feel pushed or rushed at any point, mainly supported by Daniela offering the services of Century21 for essential reports (EICR, Gas, Energy) and checking in every so often. I took the fully managed service from Century21 and have left all the hard work to them, only providing the needed documents for them to get tenants ready and do the necessities. I'm yet to deal with any "aftersales" as tenants have only just been chosen and haven't yet moved in

Horrific experience. Used the Cobham branch back in 2024/25 and the deposit was taken by Dylan and never returned. He had not put into the Mydeposits scheme as per contract and now we are missing over £1200.

I am going to say something about Curtis. No offense to others but I never felt unheard when dealing with him. He was there for me 24/7, any emergency or any request being dealt with super quick. I have appointment Century 21 to manage my property on let and they have done excellent job, they kept me updated on viewings and notifying me the progress, sorting out issues. Must say in particular Ben was really proactive in viewings and managed move in for tenants smoothly. Strongly recommended!

Ben & Lisa were a pleasure to work with. Ben’s so full of energy and ideas and really put the hours in for us, basically being contactable (and replying) at all hours. We had an absolute nightmare moving house with our original buyers crying off 6weeks after agreeing a price and had to restart the whole process. We stayed with Century 21 and are pleased we did. They got us sorted pretty quickly (again) and kept us informed on progress very regularly, helping to deal with plenty of other characters who REALLY tested our patience. We really appreciated Lisa’s calm and friendly demeanour at the end also. Settled our nerves. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
