The manager and employees at century 21…

The manager and employees at century 21 are a bunch of rude, incompetant , money grabbers. They tried to charge me £1008 when I left my property. My property was left in excellent condition. New kitchen floor. New living room carpets. Do not rent a property from this company. That is so so bad what they tried to do to me.

It was her sheer professionalism, & commitment which helped us in securing rental properties in the city centre! We recently rented a property with Century 21, I could not be more impressed with Ben and Nicole, both have gone out of there way to assist our move at such a stressful time especially in Lockdown. All emails / phone calls answered and dealt with virtually immediately. We had a minor issue with the cooker hood and shower and a tradesman was knocking at the door within an HOUR! Initially I used 3 estate agents to sell our property, unforeseen circumstances forced us to remove the house from the market. Century 21 stood out from the start, professional, responsive, and above all they remained in contact even while we were off the market. All the staff were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The sale was helped by the fact that we used their solicitors who worked hard to make the sale run smoothly through. Great set up, and would use again.

Most people would agree that selling a house is a stressful experience.I was navigated through this process by the expertise and professionalism of Ben and Lisa. Their communication was excellent and I felt confident and reassured throughout. I had regular updates from them and queries were dealt with promptly. From viewing the property within one hour we had gone to the office done credit check and all other paperwork deposit etc. He said a new kitchen would be fitted in 5 days plus all other jobs and it was even better than I hoped.

The sale of my property was dealt with by Ben and Rhys who were highly professional. The level of communication was fantastic, friendly and helpful at all times and they were able to get my property listed and sold within just a few weeks (unlike Purple Bricks who are shocking and should be left well alone!). Illegal eviction! And all belongings disposed

Moved into a studio flat in Bedford at the beginning of October. Signed an assured shorthold tenancy agreement. I went away on the 22nd of to December to spend with family. I came back to the property in the 3rd of January. The hotel style keycard would not let me into the flat. I called Fiona (Aka Amna) who is the wife of the landlords son and acting as an agent. Fiona answered my call and After explaining my situation. She started to laugh and then started to swear . I explained I've got nowhere to go it's 9pm she just swore and like laughed like a child. She then told me all my belongings were thrown in the bin a week ago I checked and didn't see any belongings. . I've been made homeless with no legal prossess followed. Ally possessions thrown in the bin and unrecoverable.
