GoogleMy two-month experience with Brookdale has been fantastic. Brookdale offers one of the best, if not, the best letting service I've come across so far. Not only are they reachable, but Brookdale delivers exactly what they promise. From my personal experience, I rate Brookdale one of the best, if not, the best in the market.

GoogleWhen renting property in the past I had to continually chase the letting agents, who did next to nothing for their fees. Brookdale are pro-active, contact me when necessary on behalf of the tenants, make recommendations, respond quickly and ensure my property is well looked after for both me and the tenants. They also ensure any work required is carried out speedily an at reasonable cost.

GoogleFirst time ever renting from October 2013 - December 2014 and found Brookdales to be an exceptional rental agency who helped me through all steps of renting, and when the time came, giving notice and leaving the property. Any questions/maintenance issues were dealt with quickly which was an initial concern for me given that my landlady was living in Australia. I would strongly recommend Brookdale Property Management to anybody wanting to rent.

GoogleBrookdale was recommended to us after we experienced tenants' arrears, and bad service from our previous letting agent. We were at breaking point and were considering selling the properties. Brookdale managed the transfer dealing with everything. We have complete confidence in the staff and know that matters are dealt with in a friendly and efficient way. We will now only consider buying properties that can be managed by Brookdale.

GoogleWe came to Brookdale in February 2014 and have received excellent service since that time. We have found all of their staff professional, helpful and efficient in every aspect of their management of our properties. This is the kind of sevice we were hoping for but unfortunately did not receive from our previous Management company, so to say we are very happy to recommend them is a pleasure.
