Hello Nicole. Thank you very much for your review. You have been in the property for 10 months now so it is only natural we would have carried out two inspections. Our job for landlords is to ensure as well as we can that their asset is being looked after. The inspections are advised in advance and are not intrusive. Thank you for indirectly letting our landlords know we do our job and also thank you for looking after your property, we see your last grade was good, so we appreciate that. With regard to the rent increase, it is proposed in advance so it will only happen after 12 months. The proposed increase is 1.6% which is certainly not high. Again landlords expect us to keep their rents up with market rents so they would expect us to increase a property rent annually if rents generally are rising. We know that rents are rising but the with the amount of continued fees landlords are having to pay when renting out their properties, this is not surprising. But we can also sympathise with tenants. I do not think anything you have highlighted is us doing anything else but a professional job but we thank you for your comments and opinion.
