GoogleDo not respect people who lives in a property. If something will broke down on public holidays you will not reach them. If will spend your own money for fixing the problem you will never get it back even if you will have receipts.

GoogleYou don't want this company letting near you! They are totally irresponsible and are allowing a house next to me to be let over crowded with noisy neighbours that have made my life hell for the last 3 years.

GoogleI was a tenant with Brookdale for over 2 years and they were so professional and attentive to my needs. As a managing agent they are also impeccable and I would not hesitate to use them again as a tenant or if I had a property to let.

Googlebeing a pet owner makes renting especially difficult so when I called this agency and I said I have a pet, they lost interest immediately and put the phone down. Unprofessional..

GoogleI have been a Landlord for 8-9 years and have always used Brookdale's for all my properties. They always deliver on professionalism and are very thorough in their selection and handling of the properties as it were their own, I think the rent guarantee scheme speaks volumes on this.

GoogleAs a new Landlord I entered this area with trepidation but the whole team at Brookdale were very helpful and professional. There are many pitfalls a new Landlord can encounter but Brookdale were with me all the way. I recommend them highly and would most certainly use them again.
