I recently sold my house and on a recommendation from a family member , I contacted Mark at Caley&Kulin, who talked me through the process, what they did for me and expectations on price. From there C&K visited the property, took photos for the purposes of marketing the house and progressed steadily to arranging viewings. During this time, a few problems cropped up , but Alison the Sales Co-ordinator was first class and managed me round the hurdles. On the day of the viewing I was very pleased to hear that the second person who viewed it (after less than 30 mins on sale) had made an offer to buy at £2000.00 over the asking price. The whole process was very professional, supportive and outcome focused . I would highly recommend any to visit C&K , whether buying or selling for an excellent experience. We have just used Caley & Kulin to sell our house and couldn’t rate them anymore highly. We were struggling to decide which agent to go for and found some quite pushy. A colleague recommended caley and Kulin and their approach just felt completely different. They did a great job in marketing our house and we’re better value than others we’d made enquiries with. We also found Alison in sales progression to be extremely helpful and responsive. What can I say about the lovely people at this agency. We first saw the house on Right Move. The agent arranged a viewing, very promptly. I found him to be very professional and informative. We fell in love with the house straightaway and our offer was excepted. We then had updates from Alison who I have to say was brilliant.
