GoogleC&K were our seller’s estate agents, and I couldn’t recommend them more. The whole team were fantastic and communication was brilliant. Alison, who worked on our sales progression, went above and beyond through every step of the process - she did the job of our solicitor on more than one occasion and I don’t think we would have completed yet without her. If we were to ever sell again, we would definitely use Caley and Kulin.

Property sold really quickly and Alison who takes over at the latter end of the sale was fantastic. GoogleCan't fault these guys. We bought our new house and sold our old house through them. They were always at the other end of the phone when needed and their sales progressor, Alison, is brilliant at what she does. We had concerns about the size of this company but we needn't have been. Afterwards I dealt with there sale progressor Alison who couldn't be more helpful if she tried. Kept me updated on how the purchase of my house was going and always at the end of the phone. GoogleC&K were fantastic from beginning to end. They actually cared !!!! We had already experienced two poor local estate agents before C&K were recommended to us. We are so glad we eventually found them. They have a brilliant team who work well together and as clients we were kept informed at every step. As well as excellent communication they made contact with every agent in our chain , which must be unique? I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Don’t shop around. C&K won’t let you down.

GoogleHighly recommended. Me and my partner contacted Dan and Mark regarding our search for a first time home. They asked where and other details. Next thing we knew they canvessed the area we was looking in. Week later a call from Mark saying he has found our next home. After looking for 8 months we took it with a pinch of salt. But 12 hours later offer agreed and 3 months later we got the keys. Dan and Mark didn't just find our dream but helped us through the purchase with regular updates and helping us through. GoogleI have just sold a property through Caley Kulin. From the valuation to completion I found their service excellent and friendly. They always kept you up to date with everything. The property was marketed on the Friday and by the Sunday it was sold. Completed in 8 weeks!. I will definitely use them again and can highly recommend.
