Recently purchased our first home through Caley & Kulin and we would be happy to go back to them again in the future. They kept in regular contact and were always very supportive of some conditions which caused a delay. We couldn't fault them and were a pleasure to work with. Thanks you

From start to finish of our sale, we had excellent professional service. Nothing was any trouble and we were kept informed at all times. A big thumbs up for Alison who was on top of everything. Even the buyers said they had great service from them. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Our house had an offer at full asking in under 24 hours! They were professional and helpful the whole way. Even though it was a year ago we moved now, we still talk about how great Caley and Kulin were!

I would highly recommend Caley & Kulin to anyone in need of an estate agent. I spoke with Lauren who was extremely helpful in organising a property valuation, as well as organising a meeting with a mortgage advisor. This was done very quickly, which helped with the tight schedule we were under!

C & K were excellent from the start. They were massively more prepared than their competitors when valuing the property and worked with us to achieve the price we were looking for. Their communication was excellent and Alison, who ensured the sale was progressing, was brilliant. They have a good 'local' feel about them and were a pleasure to work with.

Our sale and purchase ended up being a nightmare for various reasons, however CK supported us through the entire process! Without Alison being on the phone seemingly 24/7 i doubt we would have moved at all! Thanks for all the hard work

We chose Caley and Kulin on personal recommendation, and we are glad we did. They provided a professional and courteous service, and were flexible when we needed to temporarily pause the sale. Everyone involved in the sale did a great job, Mark, Dan, and Alison the sales progressor were all fabulous. I would use their services again. Thank you!

My girlfriend and I had an incredibly smooth experience buying with Caley and Kulin. The communication was top-notch throughout the whole process especially as we're first time buyers and needed more questions answering. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.
