I’ve used Caley & Kulin 3 times now within the last 4 years. Everytime we’ve been handled with professionalism and friendliness. Nothing has been too much trouble and they’ve been really helpful. Alison especially is fantastic. She helped me purchase my last property and has helped with the sale of it recently too. She will do anything to help you in order to have a smooth sale/purchase, but also holds a lot of empathy and compassion. Lauren was also really helpful in the beginning with helping us with viewings for our next property. She’s really lovely, patient and understanding. Thanks so much to you all.

AVOID, Extremely Disappointing Experience This has been the worst property buying experience I’ve ever encountered. To be fair, the Property Consultant team were genuinely lovely, and our initial dealings with C&K were positive. However, the company is severely let down by their Sales Progression Manager, Alison Paveley. Unless you're selling a property through C&K, she comes across as rude, unhelpful, and appears to operate by her own rules, with little regard for buyers. We were just one week from completion, with removals booked, when our buyer unexpectedly pulled out. We acted quickly, relisted our property, and secured a new buyer, first-time buyers, within two days. Despite this, we discovered that Alison had already contacted another interested party and sold our dream home to them within 24 hours, without any warning, communication, or grace period. I emailed both Alison and the owner of the company, Mark Caley, to express our concerns and disappointment. Sadly, the responses I received were sharp, unsympathetic, and showed no accountability or understanding of the stress and disruption this caused. This experience has left us deeply frustrated and disillusioned. Buying a home should be an exciting and supported journey, but C&K’s handling of our situation was anything but. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution or look elsewhere.

We recently sold and purchased homes with Caley and Kulin. Having met a few estate agents, we felt many to be overly corporate in their approach and chose the Caley and Kulin team because of their warm and 'human' approach; we wanted a team we could trust and depend on as we journeyed through ine of the most stressful points in your life! The Caley and Kulin team did not disappoint. Their accessibility is fantastic (9am-9pm 7 days per week) and as a small team, they soon got to know us and what we needed from our sale/purchase, advising us all the way. The best part of the service was the post sale support (Alison is an absolute star!). Alison was our anchor through the process and our go-to person when things wasn't going to plan. I often found Alison knew more about the sale/purchase that our solicitors (that's another story and review!) and she was quick to pick-up the phone and get things back on track for us!

We marketed our property with Caley & Kulin and had a fantastic experience start to finish. Once we secured our buyer we were supported by Lauren who was great during the negotiations and then Alison who progressed both our sale and our vendors purchase at the top of the chain. No request was too much and Dan was always on hand to chat too - something which really is a personal touch given the anonymity you can sometimes feel with the large agents. Alison was there to help us every step of the way and often tied up loose ends with solicitors for all parties which I honestly believe helped us massively. We achieved a start to finish completion within around 8 weeks which was no mean feat given the number of parties involved in the chain. We were on the search for our first home and we managed to find our dream home and have the offer accepted all within 1 week. Would definately recommend these guys . I was looking for an estate agent to deal with my late mothers home and family home for over 50 years .They were very professional from start to finish .Mark came to see us and the house and gave good advice his wife did the photos which were high class and Alison kept us up to date with good communication sorting out any questions we had. If you’re considering Caley and Kulin to sell your home I absolutely couldn’t recommend them enough! I originally chose them to sell our starter home as I work shifts and often can’t contact people during normal working hours and Caley and Kulin work around the clock, until 7pm and have often answered my queries well past their closing time. This made my life incredibly easy. Our house was sold within 2 days of being on the market to the first viewer; Mark was spot on with the valuation and the photographer was brilliant. Lauren and Dan were super helpful with answering my questions about a property we wanted to purchase with another estate agent and liaised with them on my behalf. Allison was incredible at pushing the sale and purchase of another property through. She went above and beyond and I’ve never heard of a transaction go so smoothly! She is an absolute credit to the team. I always try to use a family run business if possible, and Caley and Kulin didn’t disappoint from start to finish. They have been happy to progress my sale at my pace without any pressure for a quick sale. The experience with C&K was outstanding, right from the day our offer was originally accepted and we were welcomed by Mark to their office with a friendly face, a handshake and a chat! Alison went above and beyond during the process, and did everything she could to get it completed before our mortgage offer expired - which she did.
