We have recently purchased a house through Caley and Kulin and have been so impressed with the communication throughout. Right from when we put an offer in, the staff at Caley and Kulin did their utmost to offer outstanding customer service and continued to communicate brilliantly throughout. Early on in our house purchase we had a number of queries which Alison, the Sales Progressor went above and beyond to answer and offered us lots of reassurance as first time buyers. Throughout the whole process, nothing was too much hassle and we always got a quick response. We have absolutely no plans to move any time soon, but if we were to move, we wouldn't hesitate to get back in touch with Caley and Kulin.

The best estate agents we have ever used. We honestly can’t fault them. From the sale of our previous home to the purchase of our new one Caley & Kulin have been amazing, so much so that the people we bought off were phoning them for updates as their agents were not keeping them informed. Alison, who is responsible for sales progression (not not all agents have a person responsible for this), was incredible. She made the whole process bearable by keeping us updated on everything that was happening. She always responded quickly to our emails/phone messages. Alison is such a lovely person and so easy to talk to, nothing is too much trouble for her. Another good thing about Caley & Kulin is that they are open all year round and long hours each day, not all agents are. If we ever move again we will definitely use them. If you are buying and/or selling you would be crazy not to use Caley & Kulin!!!

The photos and videos taken by Laura were amazing, they really showed the true beauty of our little cottage.
