Fabulous property agent! The marketing is first class with a video tour which really helps give a true picture of the property. Booking a viewing is quick and Lauren who showed us round is fantastic - friendly, professional and polite. An offer was made and Lauren continued with the super slick service - it's simple to make an account and official things can be completed easily/securely online ID documents etc Any queries are dealt with promptly/efficiently. 5 stars is quite simply not enough as the whole team and everything that they do is above any expected standard and in my opinion there isn't enough that these will do. We started the process by calling the team to come and value our house, they were friendly, professional and gave us an insight to what was going to happen, we both work and not close to home but with the hours that they operate suited us and they worked around us and with us every step of the way. They then came and did professional photos which we were extremely proud of and we were inundated with viewings from the get go. We found the house which we wanted to purchase but the seller pulled out, this turned out to be great for us as the market was crashing but the support and advice we had from all the team at CK was very reassuring and very much needed. There are to many people at the team for us to mention as they are all great, thank you millions and we look forward to working with you in the future!!!

We bought a property in February 2023 via Caley & Kulin. As is the case with many house sales, ours was not the smoothest, due to things beyond our control, thanks to unforeseen problems thrown up by the vendor and the vendor’s solicitors. However, throughout the whole experience, C&K went above and beyond what is normally expected to ease our stress, by providing excellent suggestions and guidance, whilst chasing all parties on a daily basis, and keeping us always fully informed. If/when we decide to sell our house in the future, we will definitely use C&K.
