We used Caley and Kulin to sell my Mums property, we were on a tight timeframe to sell due to reserving a new build property. Mark and Dan's advice and support was invaluable during this time and helped to keep the process as stress free as possible. They were always quick to respond to calls and emails and dealt with all the house viewings for us to minimise stress. Thorough checks were also undertaken on the buyers position to ensure the chain was all proceedable before we accepted the offer. Alison dealt with the sales progression and was always friendly and helpful, keeping a good line of communication between us, the purchasers and solicitors, and ensuring the sale progressed in a timely manner. We were very happy with the service we received from Caley and Kulin Estate agents and would recommend them to anyone thinking of selling.

Myself and my partner have recently brought a house through Caley and Kulin estate agents. We dealt with an agent called Alison Paveley, it has been a pleasure communicating and getting our house over the line all due to Alison’s hard work. We have dealt with awful solicitors, although Alison has always guided us and given the best advice possible which eventually led us to buying our dream property. Without her help I’m not sure we would have gotten this house at all. As we were the buyer and not the sellers we feel Alison really has gone above and beyond for us both. It is much appreciated !

Couldn’t recommend Caley and Kulin enough. My partner and I recently purchased our first home through Caley and Kulin and were well looked after. Fabulous property agent! The marketing is first class with a video tour which really helps give a true picture of the property. Booking a viewing is quick and Lauren who showed us round is fantastic - friendly, professional and polite.
