So impressed with the service we received as Purchasers in May 2022. Any query we had was dealt with immediately and efficiently, Ferris & Co were more instrumental in making the sale happen than either side's solicitors. Should we ever move from our dream 'forever' home, Ferris & Co will be our agent. Refreshing to experience excellent customer service, thank you.

Ferris & Co proved to be an excellent choice for the sale of our property. We explored a few options for possible agents but remained fully confident in our choice from start to completion. Great personal service combined with excellent communications and very competitive fees. I would strongly recommend them.

Staff at Ferris are excellent at keeping in touch- calls always returned, kept us updated, and were consistently clear and upfront about progress and any issues encountered. Very friendly and always helpful. Would recommend and use again- far better service than previous experiences with larger chain estate agents.

Although a challenging sale through no fault of Ferris & Co I cannot recommend Ferris & Co enough. They went above and beyond to help wherever they could. Very easy to contact and communicate with, also gave very good advice when I needed it.

I placed an offer for a property with this company after seeing it the same day as it going on the market and I offered towards the top end of the region. They then told me the vendors had more viewings booked in and they'd update me that Tuesday. I heard nothing so waited till Wednesday afternoon for an update. They then told me that there were further viewings on the Saturday and they would update me then. Saturday came and I was showing a friend the house and I saw that it was marked as sold. I then called the agents 5 times with no answer and left a voicemail asking for a return call. When I finally spoke to someone, she wasn't overly helpful and said she was just reading notes. I then said why wasn't I given a phone call to let me know the property had sold with someone else or given the chance to put a counter offer in to which she couldn't really provide an answer. Appalling customer service and clearly don't have their sellers best interests in mind.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Firstly noone was aggressive, infact you should try taking responsibility for your lack of professionalism instead of trying to shift focus- your staff are quite clearly incompetent at making viewing arrangements as you failed to check if the property was vacant to be viewed beforehand. Secondly, you offered £10 which in any event does NOT cover petrol expenses/commute or time from NORTH LONDON. And finally your company is unfit for purpose, so it's safe to say I'd never use you again.
