There depth of understanding of this very difficult and stressful business shines above and beyond any other company I've delt with. GoogleI sent an enquiry in for a house to let. I received a extremely abrupt response from a Nick. I subsequently responded asking to be kept up to date with anything else that came on the market to let. With no response at all ? No request for further information.
It is unfortunate that you feel it is appropriate to respond with a 1 star review when the reason for your dissatisfaction in our company is based upon the fact that we are unable to provide you with a property where the landlord accepts pets, rather than the apparent abrupt nature from one of my members of staff. We have been unable to source you with an alternative property, as we still have no landlords who accept pets at this time.

GoogleThe owner was obnoxious and very full of himself, with elements of rudeness and arrogance through out. Undervalued my home and criticized my home by stating it needed renovating. For someone who sells homes for a living, the overall service was just a complete let down from start to finnish.
Its disappointing that you have decided to write your comments some two years after I conducted a valuation on your home. As I recall, you were having difficulty selling at the time and asked my opinion as to what would be required to effect a sale. You decided not to instruct me at the time, however last week you contacted my office to ask for a valuation, at which point you threatened to attack me and used fowl language, all of which is recorded. A consequence of which is that I refused to act for you.

FacebookTerrible company with no morals. Had my offer accepted on land they were selling, gave my solicitor details,instructed an architect only to have Tim who works there call me back asking if I can increase my offer as somebody had called in to put a higher offer then mine. Not sure how they knew my offer but now I’ve been gazumped as they said. Totally shameful and I would not recommend these guys to anyone.be aware.

FacebookDo not believe what Ferris & Co say in there particulars or tell you, I’m renting from them I was told that the landlord would be taking care of the garden it stated in the particulars “the garden would be maintained by the landlord” we would never of rented the property if we had to do the garden. We’ve ended up having to pay a gardener. The staff are not helpful they are rude and are back tracking on what they told us.
