GoogleMy partner and I have recently moved out for the first time, we have gone with Ferris and Co and we could not fault a single thing they have done throughout the last four months. The moving out process was conducted efficiently and professionally, and everything we needed was provided to us. Every question we have had has been responded to by latest the next day via email, and the one issue we have had was resolved two days later. Especially for first time movers, it’s fantastic to know that we have an estate agency who truly look after our best interests and that we can rely on if anything were to go wrong. GoogleFerris & Co were recommended to me by another Estate Agent I had used before, but who was in the process of retiring. Ferris impressed me from the outset. Friendly and responsive, I spoke to several of their staff, and found them very effective in combination as a team and unusually good at offering constructive suggestions about how to market the property. They were very quick to review it in person and get appealing pictures up on the internet. They communicated very effectively with me initially about brochure content, and then later were very timely in reporting their progress in booking viewings, obtaining feedback from the viewers, and responding to it in future sales conversations. The result was an agreed sale within a week. Ferris and Co have comfortably and continuously exceeded my expectations, including liaising with both the buyers' and my solicitors to keep up the momentum of getting the sale to a speedy completion. GoogleI had the pleasure of Mr Tim Ferris valuing my house. To say I was shocked is an understatement. I asked if he would mind not parking on my drive. To my astonishment his reply ( extremely animated) was" let's just leave it, forget it" He was very rude throughout the whole of the valuation. I have never been treated so unprofessionally by anyone, let alone the owner of what I thought was a reputable company. Shocking and wholly unpleasant. I would not recommend anyone to use this company and have to endure the ignorance of a so called business man.NegativeProfessionalism
Inevitably, there are two sides to every story. Upon arriving at your property, you insisted that I parked my non sign written vehicle off the drive so that your ex-husband who resided at the house would not know that I was attending. The fact that I was being encouraged to enter a property without the authority or knowledge of the residing owner, rather than the inconvenience of parking the car elsewhere, resulted in my reservations over conducting a valuation. It was obvious to me that your ex-husband had no idea that you or indeed I, were attending the property. Whilst I have my own feelings of the underhanded nature in which you were conducting the valuation, I did not at any stage convey this opinion in a rude or unprofessional manner to you. I can only assume that this deceit is behind your one sided and grossly unfair review.

GoogleAs a retired estate agent, with more than 40 years of experience in a business which isn't much liked by the public, I thought very carefully before I chose which estate agent to use. Ferris & Co have now sold two properties for me very efficiently and they achieved higher prices than I expected while always being 'on the ball', willing, friendly and helpful. The added bonus is their 1% commission which is tremendous value. I've recommended Ferris & Co to friends recently and they too are thrilled with the service they're getting from Tim Ferris and his excellent team.
