GoogleI have rented my property out through Ferris and Co for over 20 years and I have to say Justine Dale is a star - she really looks after you. I recently sold the house and again the service was good and things progressed with minimal fuss. I'd recommend them - especially for their letting capability.

GoogleLouise at Ferris & Co has been absolutely amazing in helping us progress in our property search and really taking the time to understand our needs and tell us the important things about a property that other agents simply wouldn't. The property we have viewed was true to the photos on the listing, as was the description, and contact throughout has been fantastic - asking questions of the vendor and coming back really quickly. It has been a breath of fresh air finding Ferris & Co and I would highly recommend them to others.

I have been working with Ferris & Co for over 20 years, which is crazy! They have been renting my flat out in Maidstone for all this time, looking after me, the tenants and the upkeep of the flat. I have personally found them to be an amazing landlord. They have a blanced and fair outlook with the clients and how the tenancy should work, while keeping me right at all times. I could only recommend them to anyone who is seeking a letting agent or estate agency in the Maidstone area.

Theresa Butler Sales Agent is a liar.This agent has lied to our buyer on numerous occasions about our position and we feel we might lose the sale if she continues "stirring the pot" for her commission. I have raised a formal complaint today and will also approach Trading Standards about this type of sales tactic.

FacebookWe bought a house through Ferris and Co and were so impressed with their service. We actually wished we had sold through them! Loved Tim showing us round the property. He was funny, sweet and down to earth as were all the ladies in the office. Little professional and friendly touches that instantly make you love him! I kept in touch with Theresa a few times a week. She kept me sane and reassured along the way with professionalism and honesty. (Something very important with estate agents in my opinion) Thank you everyone at Ferris and Co!

We received clear and regular updates, which considering the time difference was a lot to ask, but the team achieved. Overall it was a great choice, that worked well from our perspective to deliver a quick and painless sale.

GoogleFerris manage a property, adjacent to mine, for an overseas landlord. The gardens are overgrown and fencing removed but never replaced. No action is ever taken despite repeated correspondence.

GoogleImagine being told 'refer to google' to inquiries you made about the offer process on a property. I have made around 4 offers on other properties with different companies, and these asked for very personal details to just make an initial offer with the 'check Google' for proof that they need them. If you're depending on these estate agents to sell your house, know that they're being arrogant with you potential buyers and losing you many offers just like mine. I would definitely not have any contact with this company again and I hope you don't too. EDIT: You can see by the way they replied to this the level of arrogance you have to deal with when dealing with them, I believe my point is made. Telling a first time buyer 'having underestimated the strength of the housing market' instead of helping them get better estimations and such :)
We do sympathise with you as the offer you made was not the highest following multiple viewings at the property. However, for us to be able to submit your offer to our clients, for whom we act, it is necessary to establish your financial position and simple verification of your identity. The fact that other agents fail to do this is not a fault of ours. Since 2017, HMRC require us to establish the financial position of all prospective purchasers for Anti Money Laundering purposes. It therefore does not seem unreasonable that we asked you to confirm your financial position with regards to your MIP and deposit and provide identification. This has been explained to you by my colleagues and for further confirmation, we recommended that you search the internet for specific articles relating to this subject. I feel your 1 star review is wholly unreasonable and refers mainly to the fact that you were unsuccessful with your offer, having underestimated the strength of the housing market. If you would like to discuss the matter further with me, please do not hesitate to contact our office. We pride ourselves with the diligent way in which we conduct business.

Joe Casey from Ferris kindly went the extra mile to go round a take meter readings for us the day before completion. At all times, some of which were were very difficult, they smoothed things over, they remained professional, helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them and at one point their intervention saved my sale from falling through. A Big THANK YOU to Mr. Ferris, Francis, Theresa and the rest of the team. Would highly recommend Ferris to anyone wanting to sell their property.
