GoogleI had an excellent experience renting a property from Macleod Lettings. I rented a flat for a year and a half, and they were always very easy to get in touch with and quick to sort out any problems. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and professional.

Thank you firstly for acknowledging that during your tenancy there were no complaints in regards to our service to you. In relation to your deposit return, each tenant has the ability to request the return of their deposit via the particular deposit scheme in which it is held. You requested the return of your deposit on the 19th of September 2017, and confirmation from the scheme that we subsequently responded to your return request in under one hour. A mutual agreement between us negated the need for adjudication, and the deposit was returned to you swiftly. We would be grateful if you could revise your review to take account of your positive experience throughout your tenancy with Macleod Lettings and our subsequent speed at which we dealt with your deposit return. Thanks in advance.
