Dear Meghan, You have taken the time to leave us 1 star, however have not left a review to reflect your reason for doing so. Given that you have not been a tenant or a client of Macleod Lettings, nor have you enquired/viewed a property with us, we were surprised to see your poor rating. We take feedback seriously and pride ourselves on the service we offer, therefore we would like to know the reason behind your poor review and what we can do to improve on this. We'd like to invite you to our office to discuss this, or ask you to email/reply to us. We hope to hear from you by the end of the week, and if not we will assume your review to be spam as per Googles guidelines and will request it is removed. Look forward to hearing from you. Macleod Lettings
