GoogleFrom start to finish the team showed commitment, professionalism and dedication. The valuation process was excellent. Once on the market I received regular updates, statistics etc. The team who showed my home to buyers were always courteous and respectful of my house. My house sold just after the New year and the whole process has been managed by one lady who has been amazing both on professional level and personal level. Made the whole sale less emotional for me. Robinson Reade sold my house for me in Locks Heath. The whole team were outstanding & continually kept me up to date at all times. They set up a "WhatsApp" group for my property which was a brilliant idea, as we were all able to use it at any time. It let me know of viewings (as well as receiving emails), instant feedback on a viewing, I could ask questions & I got instant replies - I thought it was amazing & so useful for me as the seller.The tracking once I had sold was first class.I truly can't fault this agent & I am extremely fussy!!!Go no where else................You won't be disappointed!Thank you to you allLyn x

Renting a house is often considered a huge risk and potential burden on your time and finances. We opted to use Robinson Reade having purchased the house through them and having a very smooth experience. We rented over 3 years to several families and it could not have been easier. The team made sure we were made aware, whilst handling all issues quickly and to a great standard. We never had our house empty as the team lined up new tenants before the last left. I would strongly recommend using their managed services, all work completed by their network of contractors was cheaper than quotes we received outside, and always done to a wonderful standard.

GoogleMoving home is an incredibly stressful time, and anything that can remove some of the stresses is a great thing! Robinson Reade is one of those stress removers. Right from the start, when we invited them into our home, while other agents came equipped with the hard sell, RR instantly made us feel at ease and made us feel like we could trust them with our sale. In these strange times, RR were the only agent who we viewed with, in our opinion who took the pandemic seriously. Potential viewers were encouraged to watch video tours before visiting and those who did along with the accompanying agents always wore masks and protective shoe coverings. Handles and switches were always wiped down after being touched. Finally, after an offer had been made, we were put in the hands of a dedicated sales progressor. This was a fantastic value add that I'd not experienced in the past. Knowing that there was someone always available on the end of the phone who was chasing all the way through the chain was invaluable in providing reassurance and allying fears, and keeping those stress levels down. This review may sound gushing, but frankly given the complexities and emotions involved in the largest purchase most of us will ever make Robinson Reade should be held up as an example of how to do this properly.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

The service I received from Robinson Reade during the sale of my house was exceptional.From the very first meeting right through to the sale completion the sales team impressed me with their friendly professional service. The brochure and the walk round video were first class. The house is unusual and they paid great attention to ensuring that the right valuation was made. This price was higher than their competitors figures but they achieved a sale close to the asking price. Their service was good value and I would recommend their service without hesitation.

I can honestly say that my experience with Robinson Reade was brilliant, from my first contact with Sharyn when i saw the house of my dreams, she was lovely to speak with, very professional, with a great sense of humour and she was attentive, arranging my viewing of the house.
