I feel that our house sale is in very capable hands.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

TrustpilotDO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS ESTATE…
DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS ESTATE AGENT!!!!WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!This estate agent left us with toilets leaking through ceilings, filthy conditions, fencing down, burst pipe with no emergency numbers, mouldy internal walls, bathroom floor falling through and told us to leave straight away with no alternative.

Dear Adam, I do understand that there were a few issues at the outset of your tenancy however, your recollection of events is somewhat different to our records. Unfortunately, it was the first time the house had been let so you were the first to highlight any problems at the property. I believe we did recommend that you make a formal complaint at the time, but you chose not to do so, this route is still open to you should you wish for me to fully investigate your grievances, please email me at jane@robinsonreade.co.uk. As ARLA PropertyMark members we pride ourselves on the level of service we provide and the standard of the homes we let, so it is extremely disappointing that you did not have a good experience of renting with us for which I am sorry. I wish you well for the future.Jane Earley Owner/Director
