Excellent Support and Service

From the point of valuation right through to completion we've been delighted with the support and service received through every member of Robinson Reade. We purchased our house through them 7 years ago and definitely made the right decision to select them to assist with the sale of our beloved property recently. They were different to other estate agents we had experience with and found them to be honest, reliable, and took a warm and respectful approach to selling our property. We felt comfortable with the viewing process, despite the pandemic, due to how they managed covid guidelines (gloves, wipes, shoe covers, mask etc) and again noted this to be much more stringent than other agencies. We were kept updated with all aspects of our sale progression and they worked hard in resolving any issues. Thank you so much, we will definitely be using Robinson Reade for any future property sales and we'd recommend anyone do the same.

INTELLIGENT MOVE: Eventually employ services of Robinson Reade and sell house. LESSON LEARNED: Use the Professionals. An amazing team of people whose dedication to perform helped us achieve a sale, allowing us to embark on our new adventure. RR deliver so much more than the details and the marketing. First introduction was when Molly showed us around a local property. We were immediately struck by her friendly, informative approach. She was knowledgeable without being pushy, or giving the impression that we were getting the usual 'flannel'! Subsequent contact with Molly ( who has kept in regular contact), and Jane, has been positive and encouraging. Visits to the office also demonstrate the openness and welcoming attitude of all staff. Robinson Reade were wonderful, polite, courteous and always quick to respond to any issues that arose during the two years I was renting from them. The ethos of the agency is commendable and I was truly saddened when I left their property and went into an area which was outside their operation. The team members that I primarily dealt with (Emma Macgregor and Megan Williams) embodied the values of their company brilliantly and were always exceptional to deal with, and will still give me advice on renting matters whenever I ask. Exceptional service from start to finish. All who dealt with my case were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Whenever I visited their branch there was a warm, friendly atmosphere. My initial contact was with Emma who was quick and professional in their communication, followed by Sharyn who showed me around the property and made me feel at ease and comfortable, offering all the information I asked for. As the process went on I was mainly in contact with Jane, and in particular, Donetta.
