Every action done by RR has been done with a jovial and friendly attitude. When a problem occurred further back in the chain, I visited the main branch to find Donetta actually on the phone, trying to chase up various people, to gain a resolution to the issue. Nothing has been too much trouble for them!

Exceptional service from start to finish. All who dealt with my case were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Whenever I visited their branch there was a warm, friendly atmosphere. My initial contact was with Emma who was quick and professional in their communication, followed by Sharyn who showed me around the property and made me feel at ease and comfortable, offering all the information I asked for. As the process went on I was mainly in contact with Jane, and in particular, Donetta. Both of whom were extremely helpful and competent, and where my solicitor failed, Donetta stepped in to put my mind at rest and to offer all the information that was available, and to help me with a detailed, step by step walkthrough of stressful parts of the sale, accompanied by a brilliant sense of humour. Simply the best!

Having previously rented through (and been impressed by) Robinson Reade when I first moved to the area, I knew I would instruct them when it was time to sell my house. Everything from the initial valuation meeting, to superb online marketing and through to emotional and practical support during the offer and sales process is five star...these ladies give estate agents a good name! They secured a full asking price offer within a few days of going live on Right Move. When the buyers pulled out after Xmas (🤨) they secured another full asking price...and cash...offer within a day! I'm a landlord and use Robinson Reade as agents to manage my B2Ls. Most of the time, the houses tick over with little intervention, but sometimes - particularly when changing to new tenants - there is much to do. I've used RR for over 10 years now. When interventions are needed, they are quick, efficient and professional. They have a variety of tradesmen who are responsive, competent and charge reasonable rates. We've had a particularly good experience just before Christmas this year (2024) where RR found/turned around tenants in record time. Their advice throughout was first class.

All members of the Robinson Reade team were really understanding with us where we were unexperienced first time buyers. The 2 people (Phillippa and Sharyn) that showed us around the property were really positive and upbeat and answered questions we had. That then leads us onto Donetta, the lady that dealt with the purchase. She was amazing from start to finish, always brightening up your day whenever you had a phone call with her and would always answer any questions we had. She went far and beyond to get the purchase completed in good timing and did everything she could to help us. We would absolutely have dealings with Robinson Reade again.
