Many thanks to Donetta and Emma for organising the viewings and managing the sale/purchase of the property. When the property became available they were able to accommodate me straight away. They've been nothing less than absolutely amazing during the entire purchasing process. Any questions/concerns I had they immediately answered and helped with the whole first time buying process - To the point where most of the time they were calling me to make sure I'm up to date with everything that passes through them. FacebookFive star service from beginning to end. The marketing was brilliant and the way the viewings were organised was excellent. The team in the office are a lovely friendly and very efficient group of ladies. Once the property chain had been established our progressor, Donetta worked tirelessly to achieve a successful end result. Often requiring some lateral thinking and using her extensive expertise to resolve issues - she was amazing. Thank you Jane and everyone at Robinson Reade.

From the moment we were shown around our vendors property by Sharyn, to exchange day with Donetta, they have been with us every step of the way. Robinson Reade wern't infact our estate agents - we purchased our onward property from them. But the level of service they provided us despite us not being clients of theirs, was outstanding. Sharyn is a fabulous estate agent - she is knowledgeable, approachable and communicative. If we do sell in the future, I will absolutely be using her services, and recommending her to others in the interim. Then Donetta - an absolute superstar in the sales progresser world. Through the whole buying process, Donetta was in touch with us every step of the way. She truly went above and beyond for us to ensure we were kept informed and reassured when things wern't going to plan, as is always the case! Not only did they sell the house quickly, to a cash buyer, at asking, but once the sale had happened they didn’t rest until completion. Robinson Reade have something I’ve never found elsewhere. A lovely lady called Donetta. Make no mistake, Donetta is lovely, but she also GETS. THE JOB. DONE. She doesn’t rest, working on both the sale, onward purchase and at times right up and down the chain to keep things moving, to keep you up to date, and to make sure the whole process is as stress free as possible. I’ve used Robinson Reade twice now, and though I have no intention of moving again, wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Robinson Reade is great, Donetta is SPECTACULAR. GoogleHave had nothing but brilliant experiences with this estate agents! A few years ago I rented a flat through them and they were brilliant. Really responsive with queries! More recently, after my mum died, I was looking to put her house on the market. I initially chose to go with another local estate agents which was - to put it kindly - a total disaster. Robinson Reade took us under their wing at a difficult time and guided us through the process of putting the house on the market. The team worked quickly and the house was on the market within a couple of days with thoughtful and personal details. If I had a query at any point they were ready on the other end of the phone or responded to emails within a few hours! Ultimately, we have decided to move into the house ourselves and even then, Jane was so kind and supportive with our decision. Couldn’t recommend more!!! GoogleBack in 2015, Sharon, Claire and the team at Robinson Reade Ltd were our saviours. Due to unfortunate circumstances we found ourselves homeless during a house sale which went badly wrong, not arranged through Robinson Reade I hasten to add. We approached a number of agents to no avail, but the team at Robinson Reade were outstanding. They were totally sympathetic to our needs. They moved heaven and earth to secure us a rental at very short notice. A truly professional and quick response. Here we are in 2020 and I have an issue with an energy supplier dating back to 2015. We contacted the team to see if they could provide details of the rental dating back to 2015. Within minutes a confirmatory email was sent to us to forward on to the energy supplier. This is absolutely amazing and we cannot thank this team enough. I fully recommend their services.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Robinson Reade estate agent goes above and beyond . Lovely team of ladies who are professional and a joy to know . Mentions to Sharyn , Claire , Bryony, Phillipa , Donetta , all who have been excellent when I’ve needed to call the office. Their property descriptions are intuitive and creative . It wasn’t long before I had prospective buyers through the door in numbers . This is just the start of what is an excellent flawless service. The staff are proactive and relentless in pursuit of a sale never giving up when you feel all is lost . I had a particular long and problematic sale but without the team beside me I would never off completed my sale . Their respect for your property during COVID was exemplary and very happy that all precautions were set in place taking the worry away through these difficult times . You will be contacted regularly with regards to progress and updates .A special mention to Donetta Holland who saw my sale through to completion. Without your enthusiasm and support I really wouldn’t be where I am today. Amazing, and such a lovely lady to talk too when it’s tough going and very stressful process . Honestly, this team has gone above and beyond on so many occasions throughout the sale and purchase of our new home. GoogleRobinson Reade have been fantastic from the moment we had our first viewing. A special thank you to Sharyn who has seen us through several viewings and been very patient whilst we measure up space for a caravan! Also Claire who helped us on our last visit to Hampshire. It has been quite difficult house hunting in the area as we live over a 4 hour drive away but your team have been a great help and made everything run like clockwork. They truly are the best, most organised, professional and friendly estate agents I have ever experienced. If it's at all possible, they just keep on improving!! From start to finish they can not do enough for you. A special thank you to Claire who was even answering my late night emails above and beyond her duty. All the ladies in the office are able to help at any time and communication is fantastic. I am now dealing with the lovely Donetta, as my house is now in her hands until completion. I cannot more highly rate Robinson Reade. The lovely ladies have been exemplary to this industry. I have dealt with a number of agents over my house sale and purchase journey, and no one has come close to Robinson Reade. Sharyn was my first point of contact, and she was just the most lovely person to speak to and view houses with - Sharyn, it was a pleasure! She managed to get us in to our perfect home before it even went on the market, and we could not be more thankful. From the moment the offer was accepted, we have had outstanding contact from Donetta, who manages the journey from offer acceptance to exchange and through to completion. Donetta is by far the reason we stuck out a 7 month long journey to purchase our home. Her efforts went far above and beyond what you would expect of any agent, and she is a credit to the company and an example of what other agencies should be aiming for. Most agencies do not give such a high level of post-offer aftercare, or even offer it full stop. For this reason, I recommend using Robinson Reade to both sell and purchase homes. You won't find a better agent in the local area.

Robinson Reade have been managing a rental property on our behalf for years and they are exceptional. They keep us well informed of any issues, either with the tenants, updated legislation or general rental guidelines and take the necessary action to ensure all continues to run smoothly. It has been a rather long journey for us after a deplorable experience with another Locks Heath estate agent, but when we popped-in to Robinson Reade and met Emma we regained some confidence. Since then, working with everyone there has been easy, very professional, and so friendly. Special thanks to Donetta, Sharyn, Anita, Megan, Vanessa and everyone else. Being so far away, we could not have done this without their help, very willing support, and superb communication. Indeed, their service and support is second to none. Simply can’t imagine why anyone would use any other estate agent! We just wish we had come to them the first time around.
