Amazing!!!

I could not be happier with the customer service I have received from Marco Harris! I have mainly been in communications with Meg and I could not thank her enough! She was so professional and honest whilst we had our viewing, explained the process perfectly. She then was available any time of day to answer any questions I had. Meg made it very easy to start the process of renting a new property and it was all completed very quickly! I have never experienced such an easy process with moving before. I also want to say a massive thank you to Mark, very professional and answered my questions in thorough detail. Amazing letting agents, honestly!

Fantastic, reliable, trustworthy service

Connor and the team have been amazing. They really put you first from the moment you meet. He's punctual, with an incredible eye for photographing your property perfectly alongside the luxury advertising. We only had a small flat to sell, but he treated us with the same respect he'd show a larger property. The updates and contact was spot on, he was always available with great communication skills. If you are reading this, wondering who to sell your property through, you simply must go with Marco Harris! Our experience has been 5* from start to finish. The marketing of our property was done with pure elegance and class. The pictures were of great quality and the video really showed off our home. Connor immediately set up a messaging group with us, so we were informed of any interest or viewing straight away. We had lots of viewings booked in quickly after going on the market and we accepted an offer within a few days. I truly believe this was down to the amazing marketing, plus how quickly Connor responded to potential buyers and got them through our door. The thing I loved about Marco Harris is that they will respond to a potential buyer at any time of day! They aren’t 9-5pm like most estate agents! If they get an enquiry at 8pm, they follow it up there and then! Really top class service.The after sales process is also vitally important and Connor could not have done more for us throughout this period in order to get us through to exchange. He worked tirelessly to ensure communication with all parties in the chain was open and clear. He updated us straight away with any news and we knew he was only a message or a call away if we needed to ask him anything. First time buy-to-let.This was my first time as an investor looking to get into the buy-to-let market. The guys at Marco Harris helped me every step of the way. I couldn’t recommend Marco Harris enough. Throughout the whole of our sale process, choosing them as our estate agent was the best decision we made. Connor assured me that he would communicate well before and after the sale, he kept to his word. I was informed of every little update until completion. Connor sold our house on the first viewing, a few weeks later that buyer dropped out and it was put back onto the market. Again, on first viewing - Connor sold our house. There is nothing more he could have done to improve the estate agency service that was provided. We are currently selling our property with Marco Harris and all I can see is that we are quite simply blown away with their professionalism, communication and dedication in selling our property. We had originally put our property up for sale with a High Street estate agent And were left feeling dissapointed by the lack of viewings, poor communication and simply poor service. It was time to try something different and that’s where Marco Harris stepped in. From the moment we made contact we received excellent service from both Mark and Connor. The listing they put together for our property made you realise just how poor the previous listing was. It stood out which resulted in 4 viewings from good quality buyers and an offer above the asking price within a week. Ever since the sale they have been on the front foot with the other agents in our chain ensuring good communication and no hold ups in the process. From viewing other properties in the search for our next home, you really do see why Marco harris are a cut above the rest. All I can say is don’t get drawn in by the High Street sharks.
