Genuinely amazing, did everything they could to help me out! Only estate agents that have been helpful during me trying to move, I would not use anyone else! Thanks guys (specifically Anais helped me, and she was great!)

TrustpilotCouldn’t fault them!
Nothing but positive feedback to give for Marco Harris! Would definitely recommend using them. We dealt with Connor and Coren and they are both excellent communicators! Very professional, approachable and friendly and they kept us updated throughout the whole process. Any questions we had were always answered straight away! We found our dream home and we were in a rush to move and the whole process from start to finish took 5 weeks! Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

TrustpilotExcellent Service! We are landlords with just one…
We are landlords with just one property. After very disappointing experiences with other agents, it has been a delight to work with Marco Harris. Meg has been extremely efficient, thorough, quick to respond to our queries and excellent at keeping us informed at every step of the way. It has been just a fortnight from the advert going live and we already have new tenants in our flat. We have been very impressed with the service from Meg and Mark and recommend Marco Harris.

TrustpilotThe gem of the local Letting Agency…
The gem of the local Letting Agency business! Mark, Meg, Georgia and team have been easy to work with, agile and great at communicating, both in the initial listing phase, and into the ongoing maintenance phase of Letting. They differentiated themselves immediately from the traditional crowd, through modern listing and communication techniques, and a personal approach, all at a good price. We have been delighted with their service to date. Thank you team!

TrustpilotThe agents that others can only hope to be
Marco Harris were the selling agents of a property we bought to let out. They were exceptional and of a standard we hadn’t previously experienced. Highly responsive, professional and helpful. They recommended a mortgage broker and solicitor for us to use, both of whom were also excellent. Connor kept us updated weekly, answered our questions quickly and made sure the process was painless and efficient. We were so impressed that we decided to use them as letting agents once we’d bought. Mark dealt with the letting and was equally impressive. He dealt with things professionally and efficiently and we had a choice of excellent tenants to choose from, who we were confident had been well vetted and who effectively pitched to be our tenants. The tenancy was basically lined up by the time we completed on the purchase! We wouldn’t hesitate to use Marco Harris again and would recommend them in the highest possible terms.

GoogleWe’ve used Marco Harris twice now and Connor has been excellent. Unfortunately we had to defer the sale of our property, due to family circumstances, and Connor was fully understanding, professional and supportive. Many thanks- we would use in the future and 100% recommend
Thanks very much for taking the time to leave us a review Sean, I am sure we will do more business in future :)

TrustpilotThe best around !!
Marco Harris are the best agents around!! From the moment I met Connor I knew these guys would be amazing! They are so professional, honest and I reccomednd them to everyone. Ben was so helpful when my house sold. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and they were always on the other end of the phone when I needed them. I am so pleased I went with these guys they really do bend over backwards for you and are amazing at what they do!

GoogleI found Marco Harris Estate Agents excellent. They sold our house on the first viewing and from start to finish they kept me informed every step of the way and when communication with solicitors was dragging on they stepped in to get things moving again. They gave us excellent service, the best we’ve ever received from an estate agent and we’ve moved around the country quite a lot over the last 40 years. All the staff, whether in person or on the phone were always polite friendly and very helpful. I particularly liked the way all the staff were aware of our situation. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write us a review, it's really appreciated.

TrustpilotWould recommend!
Would like to thank Marco Harris, particularly Sam, who sold our house for us recently. Their advertising is far superior than other similarly priced estate agents. Sam was professional throughout, and also made everything very clear for us and guided us through the whole process. Would 100% recommend.

TrustpilotOutstanding service
Could not recommend these guys highly enough. We used Marco Harris with our recent move, it was a particularly complicated move yet Connor and Ben helped us navigate the situation which removed a lot of the stress. After negative experiences with larger estate agents in the past, we decided to try using a smaller independent firm. We were blown away right from our very first meeting. Both Connor and Ben were down to earth, very honest and easy to talk to.Throughout the process they were quick off the mark which again helped to remove a lot of stress. In terms of communication, we were set up with a WhatsApp group - I don't think we ever had to wait more than 10 minutes before getting a reply - even at weekends and evenings. Would without question use Marco Harris again and would highly recommend to others.

TrustpilotWe are always moving around and always…
We are always moving around and always dealing with agencies. Since the first time we met Meg for a house viewing she is been amazingly helpful. You can see that she cares which make such a wonderful difference from any other agency we dealt so far. There is strong communication between their team and everyone is really willing to help. Thanks Meg, Coren and Melissa for everything! And the welcome gift you guys left in our new residence was such a lovely gesture! ❤️

TrustpilotSimply fabulous!
I’m so pleased I chose Marco Harris to handle the sale of my property. Connor and the team were superb from start to finish. Their innovative approach to selling houses is refreshing and second to none, filling the vendor with confidence. Whilst skeptical at first, making full use of social media is clearly the way to go now too… they are without a doubt ahead of the game. They were always at the end of the phone which is a huge plus these days and they achieved well over the asking price which was an added bonus. I will definitely be using them again!

TrustpilotMarco Harris are quite simply the best…
Marco Harris are quite simply the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. Trying to find a pet friendly house to rent while my partner and I were isolating was challenging to say the least - but Marco and Harris’s communication was flawless and they made every step of the way as digitally friendly and efficient as possible. You really get the sense that the Marco and Harris team care that both landlords and tenants are all on the same page and satisfied and that’s very commendable. They went above and beyond to accommodate any requests we had. They always kept us in the loop and we didn’t have to chase up anything - the whole process from viewings to move in was stress free which is just what we needed!! A truly professional, friendly and impressive team. Thank you Meg, Mark and everyone involved!!

TrustpilotThey are absolutely the first class and best letting agent in Southampton, and it could be applied to the whole UK.
Brilliant, professional, polite, efficient are the Marco Harris team. They are absolutely the first class and best letting agent in Southampton, and it could be applied to the whole UK. I had a brilliant service from them on my tenancy from showing to inventory. They are also transparent, and I am glad they are managing the property I am in, and I am 100% sure that my experience with them will be brilliant during my tenancy. And of course, they will be the company I will be using to buy my home. They even worked overtime with keeping me updated on the Whatsapp group chat. Thanks so much to Meg, that was patient with me being late on the showing day, and she even stayed overtime to show the apartment where for three weeks I couldn't have any view after 6 pm with any agents in Southampton. I feel at home since the first time I moved in, and the property is newly refurbished with high-quality stuff. If you come across them, you should go with them as you will be glad to do it. I highly recommended Marco Harris. Thanks, guys, for the fantastic work, and keep up the great work as you are doing an extraordinary job. Glad I came across and found the right property I was looking for past three weeks. Thanks again 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

TrustpilotHonest and reliable
Marco Harris was recommended to me by a friend after being dissatisfied with High Street Estate agents. I have just let my late mother's house out and didn't want the stress of all the administrative issues. Therefore I have given total control of over to Mark and not been disappointed. He's taken care of everything for me. and found the perfect tenants. The agency has been totally transparent and honest and always on the other end of the phone. I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend. Thank you Mark and your team.

TrustpilotAmazing!!!
I could not be happier with the customer service I have received from Marco Harris! I have mainly been in communications with Meg and I could not thank her enough! She was so professional and honest whilst we had our viewing, explained the process perfectly. She then was available any time of day to answer any questions I had. Meg made it very easy to start the process of renting a new property and it was all completed very quickly! I have never experienced such an easy process with moving before. I also want to say a massive thank you to Mark, very professional and answered my questions in thorough detail. Amazing letting agents, honestly!

We needed to move in to our rental quickly, Chloe was superb in getting all the necessary checks and paperwork done really fast for us so that we could move in at the weekend. She went over and above, working late, and clearly she had all the expertise and experience needed to guide us and assist us as necessary. We were really impressed and would recommend Marco Harris 100%.
