A wonderful experience buying a home

We have been purchasing our first property and we found a stunner through Marco Harris, from even before we had seen the property we got good vibes, my partner was taken ill and we had to cancel a viewing and at that point we thought wed lost out but Callum reached a few days later and told us the property hadn't gone and would we like a look, we went and fell in love with the house. Callus was brilliant for showing the property he left us to look around, answered all our questions and he was a bundle of energy and so friendly

Highly Recommended!

Can’t recommend Sam enough. I’ve worked with a lot of agents in the past and he is one of the best! He was honest, happy to help and was so patient during the whole sales process, keeping me updated throughout the whole journey. He helped me with the sale as well as advice on my purchase, working hard to keep my sale together! Great local knowledge of Hedge End and just an all round great experience. His way of working fits in with my busy life so if you’re looking for a great non pushy agent, look no further!

Anais was fantastic to work with…

Anais was fantastic to work with throughout the process. I'm a grumpy git when it comes to estate agents, they're something I accept as a necessary evil when moving, but honestly Anais and the team at Marco Harris were so refreshing to deal with. All comms felt modern, simply and common sensical, nothing felt overworked or unnecessary. All questions were answered, and even after signing the contract, communication stayed top knotch.

Friendly approach

After an unsuccessful experience with another estate agent due to a lack of contact, I reached out to the team at Marco Harris. The firm are agents to some of the most attractive properties on the market, and luckily for me - Sam managed to find me a property before it had even been listed. As a solo FTB, I found the experience a little overwhelming but Sam was there to help me wherever he could - and with quick response times. The Instagram page is also a great way to stay upto date with new listings. Sam will be my first choice for an agent in the future.

Sam was amazing

Sam was amazing! We had our house for sale for nearly two and a half years with a variety of different estate agents and within less than a week with being with Sam and Marcos Harris we sold! The first time we met Sam he brought in new ideas for the main photo and how to market the property and different approach. The photos and video were great and the whole experience had a totally different feel! He always kept in contact with us and we always felt we knew what was happening! I would definitely recommend Sam and Marco Harris for a different and better way to sell your home!

We cannot praise Marco Harris enough- Fantastic service

We cannot praise Marco Harris enough, especially Sam Mansbridge. He helped us buy our dream home from one of his clients. The selling of our own houses with other agents was traumatic to say the least, however even though we weren’t his clients Sam helped us as much as he could and the level of communication with his vendors and us was fantastic, which helped to alleviate some of the stress from what was a long problematic process (all our end not theirs) He made us feel confident and reassured and we rate him very highly and if we ever sell the house in the future we would 100% trust him to do that for us.

We highly recommend Sam the bald estate agent, he is excellent! We were initially with another estate agent who failed to sell our property. Sam took over and worked really hard. He is very professional, fantastic at communicating every aspect of the process, particularly the viewers feedback and was always available to discuss any concerns we had. Sam is very driven and wants to get the best for all parties concerned. Nothing was too much trouble for him and made the whole experience very personable. We highly recommend Marco Harris. Communication was excellent throughout, clear, prompt, and the WhatsApp group was a bonus. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and all of our questions were answered clearly with no pressure at all. Excellent customer care.

We first encountered Marco harris when one of their properties above my mums had a leak and We couldn't get hold of the tenant. Within minutes the Tennant was contacted a plumber was sent to fix it and Marco harris assigned emma who kept me up-to-date every single step of the way when I asked them to assess damage it had caused in mum's property, they didn't hesitate. The first contractor they sent wasn't quite the right fit, it happens but that didn't bother Emma she said don't worry we will send another and the damage has been fixed and they even checked again that mum was happy with the work. We honestly couldn't have asked for any better from them, I felt like nothing was too much and the reassurance was second to none. Well done to everyone I spoke to within the teams & Emma thank you.

Honesty and communication

Great experience

Lloyd and the team were fantastic from start to finish. Our sale wasn’t that straightforward as we had two buyers drop out, but the team managed to sell our house within three weeks of it going on the market each time, in what is currently quite a slow market. Throughout, they talked us through our options and gave sound advice, and kept us up to date via a group WhatsApp. I originally chose them because they weren’t your typical salesy estate agents and they didn’t disappoint - they were friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and communicative without being pushy and I would highly recommend them.
