I cannot recommend this estate agent enough - I have worked with at least 15+ different estate agents across England and Scotland in my life and I can safely say these are by far the best. We had almost decided to use another agent, but at the last minute we invited Marco Harris “just to see what they would say”. This was by far the best decision we could have ever made! It was evident from the first contact that they were professional and efficient and we quickly arranged to see Kieran. We realised almost instantly that MH were who we wanted to list our house with! This is because his passion and enthusiasm came across so strongly. He listened and really understood our property. We instinctively knew they were the ones! Above all, we wernt treated like a number, or just another client. I would also like to add that I am a self confessed control/clean freak and every request was dealt with to make me feel very at ease. Make Marco Harris Your First Choice

I would highly recommend Sam at Marco Harris. I initially went with another Estate Agent as I'd never dealt with them. Big mistake. They had 20 weeks and kept asking me to reduce price and only getting a handful of viewings.Sam arranged for far superior marketing, arranged more viewings in the first 2 weeks than they had in 20. This resulted in 3 offers, one above asking price which I accepted.His communication throughout the next stage of the process has been amazing, particularly given a few challenges along the way. He held the sale together right through to completion providing regular updates and excellent advice.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and only wish I'd gone with him from the outset.

She is both friendly and passionate about her profession which is infectious. Amazing Service!

Sam has been an amazing estate agent. Purchasing through Marco Harris has been an absolute breeze. From the outset, arranging viewings with Ben was hassle-free and easy. The market was (and still is) super aggressive, and whilst Ben was rushed off of his feet I never had to fight to get a property viewing. The process after viewing a property was easy; you filled out a quick 1 minute survey indicating if you liked the property and if you wanted to put an offer down. Once your offer gets accepted Marco Harris outline everything that will happen next, providing helpful tips on what you should be doing and at what stage. You then get put in to a Whatsapp group with multiple people from MH to help oversee the purchase. This was a fantastic way of working and one that I never thought I'd see estate agents use. Coren was fantastic, she kept us up to date with everything that was going on, even down to the little details. On the day of completion, we were greeted at the door with our keys and a wonderful welcome box. I honestly can't recommend MH enough. Ben, Coren, Connor, and everyone there working tirelessly to get us our dream home have been nothing but amazing. If ever I were to sell or purchase, I wouldn't use anyone else other than MH.

Reached out to Sam privately and didnt bother looking anywhere else as knew straight away we would receive quality service for a competitive price. Sam helped us initially with putting our house on the market and they clearly stand out from the crowd with their videos etc. After finding a buyer it then moved on to the most draining part of the process. Despite alot of expletives being said on our end during the conveyancing process, Sam was with us every step of the way and went above and beyond. A WhatsApp group was set up from the beginning and this allowed us to message and call sam whenever we wanted and sam would work out of hours to ensure our needs were met. I would recommend marco Harris in a heartbeat.

Marco Harris were the selling agents of a property we bought to let out. They were exceptional and of a standard we hadn’t previously experienced. Highly responsive, professional and helpful. They recommended a mortgage broker and solicitor for us to use, both of whom were also excellent. Connor kept us updated weekly, answered our questions quickly and made sure the process was painless and efficient. We were so impressed that we decided to use them as letting agents once we’d bought. Mark dealt with the letting and was equally impressive. Special thanks to Sam Mansbridge - getting our first home wasn’t that straightforward with new builds and self-employment involved, but he facilitated the entire process making it a pleasant experience. We loved working with Marco Harris, who has much more modern, social first and direct approach to selling properties unlike many high street chain agencies. We also loved how selective they are, making their portfolio top of the top. At the viewing stage, the only properties we truly ended up liking were the ones from MH. I’ve been a tenant for a property that Marco Harris manages since January 2022. Absolutely brilliant bunch of people at MH. They rent responsibly, but flexibly by understanding individuals’ circumstances and goals. Rather than instantly turning away potential tenants if they don’t tick every box on the outside, the team at Marco Harris will work with management and landlords to get the right people in the right homes responsibly. Throughout my first weeks’ standard rental teething issues and now into the first quarter of my tenancy, communication and support from the MH team = impeccable! I’m sure other tenants will agree that no one has time to spend hours on the phone trying to log an issue or ask a question, right?! And only to leave voicemails that the wrong person picks up or emails that fall through the cracks, lost in an inbox somewhere. Marco Harris has the perfect solution for this; WhatsApp group for tenant and their back office. There is still a phone line, email and an in-house (?) handy-person (electrician, plumbing etc) available too if needed. I can only vouch for Marco Harris as a tenant, but there is one final thing I’d like to mention that is ESPECIALLY important to tenants over buyers; Your Home is Your Safe Space… once I moved into my rented flat, MH and the landlord personally withdrew themselves and their energy from my newly rented space. I don’t feel like I’m living in someone else’s home… it feels completely my own. And that is something special (and often rare) to find! I feel so at home, safe and comfortable in my flat. Thank you, MH! Marco Harris are professional, responsible, endeavouring and personable and I am so reassured to know I have another three quarters of a year (and hopefully longer)… fingers crossed, right? :) Chloe

Marco Harris were exceptional . Right from the beginning Sam was getting buyers through our door , and sold our 4 storey townhouse in just under 8 weeks. Fantastic experience!

We had a great experience dealing with Amy at Marco Harris for both the sale of our house and purchase of a new property. From the initial enquiry I sent via Rightmove up until completion, the communication was excellent. We particularly liked the modern methods which worked really well for us alongside work. Amy was so enthusiastic every time we spoke and we felt this was important when she was showing potential buyers around our own house. She really did go above and beyond to get both transactions to the point of completion. It has genuinely changed our perception of the estate agent experience and we would highly recommend.
