We chose Marco Harris after a recommendation of a friend who had benefited from the more modern approach to marketing a property, and their care and attention when an initial sale fell through. We were delighted to have a similarly excellent experience. We were over the moon with how our home was marketed, the video is one we will cherish for years, and we received dozens of viewings. Moving house rarely goes smoothly, but the Marco Harris team were attentive and responsive throughout and we'd highly recommend them as a break from the traditional estate agent monoliths we've experienced in the past.

Marco Harris are 1st class! They manage our 3 bed rental flat in Southampton and have done a flawless job ever since we started working with them. Communication is uniformly excellent. They follow up and do things without us ever having to ask or chase. They make good decisions on our behalf. They've made our investment as "hands off" for us as it's possible to be. We work with lots of agents across the UK and Marco Harris is easily one of the best.

We used Sam as our estate agent, and he was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He arranged photography within 3 days, and our house was sold under two weeks. His communication was outstanding! He kept us informed every step of the way and was always available to answer any questions. Sam consistently went above and beyond to make the whole experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. We've already recommended him to our friends and our parents, and if we ever need to sell another property, Sam will be the only agent we'll use. We couldn't recommend him highly enough!

Sam Mansbridge from Marco Harris was absolutely amazing with selling our house from first instruction to completion. We could not recommend him more. Communication was top tier we always had a response to any queries big or small. Sam sent voice notes and always kept us updated. We previously experienced a poor service from other local agents however Lennon really did sell us a house and ultimately got our offer accepted. GoogleFrom start to finish Kieran & the whole team at Marco Harris where professional, easily contactable & passionate in their work. They are not like any estate agent I have ever used before & trust me- that’s a good thing! The whole team know exactly what is going on, they have a WhatsApp group set up where you can speak at anytime of the day & you can tell the creativity that goes into each and every one of their listings. Not only that they are a lovely bunch of people who genuinely want to help you sell your house & they did it in no time at all! Even with our first potential buyers dropping out - Kieran was straight on to getting it resold and did within 24hours. The videos and pictures Connor took blew our minds too! A 5 star experience all round! Marco Harris are in a league of their own with their fantastic marketing and communication style. The whole process was a breeze and a refreshing, modern approach to estate agency. We are incredibly grateful to the whole team who were friendly, approachable and professional but our special thanks goes to Amy and Coren who made the sale of our house smooth and stress free. They really were a pleasure to work with. We accepted an asking-price offer within days of coming to the market and we exchanged contracts just 6.5 weeks later! We couldn't have been happier with the whole experience and would highly recommend Marco Harris to anyone looking for an estate agent. The reviews on here speak for themselves!
