We genuinely cannot thank Lloyd, Coren & Amy enough. From the very start, they impressed us. Selling our house incredibly quickly, and right in the middle of one of the busiest times of the year. That alone was amazing, but what followed showed just how exceptional they really are.

But the team has been super helpful, They’re super patient and always willing to answer all of my questions both before and after move in. They made moving into my first apartment very smooth!

I had a positive experience with Marco Harris, particularly with Amy and Sam. Amy was knowledgeable, professional, and supportive throughout the sale process, even aiding us with advice for a purchase through another agency. Sam provided excellent service, guiding us through the stressful parts and staying available outside of regular hours. Their modern approach and select property portfolio stood out to us. We were impressed with Marco Harris and would consider using their services again in the future. Overall, a solid choice for anyone seeking professional and reliable estate agents. 4 stars.

GoogleI cannot recommend this estate agent enough - I have worked with at least 15+ different estate agents across England and Scotland in my life and I can safely say these are by far the best. Honest, transparent , supportive and knowledgeable - frequent and helpful communication throughout, Daniel and Coren were amazing and we will be recommending them to everyone! We had almost decided to use another agent, but at the last minute we invited Marco Harris “just to see what they would say”. This was by far the best decision we could have ever made! It was evident from the first contact that they were professional and efficient and we quickly arranged to see Kieran. We realised almost instantly that MH were who we wanted to list our house with! This is because his passion and enthusiasm came across so strongly. He listened and really understood our property. We instinctively knew they were the ones! Above all, we wernt treated like a number, or just another client. I would also like to add that I am a self confessed control/clean freak and every request was dealt with to make me feel very at ease. I would highly recommend Sam at Marco Harris. I initially went with another Estate Agent as I'd never dealt with them. Big mistake. They had 20 weeks and kept asking me to reduce price and only getting a handful of viewings.Sam arranged for far superior marketing, arranged more viewings in the first 2 weeks than they had in 20. This resulted in 3 offers, one above asking price which I accepted.His communication throughout the next stage of the process has been amazing, particularly given a few challenges along the way. He held the sale together right through to completion providing regular updates and excellent advice.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and only wish I'd gone with him from the outset.

We have just purchased our dream home through Marco Harris. We cannot thank Alex enough for her professionalism, and knowledge. She went above and beyond to help us secure our property. She is both friendly and passionate about her profession which is infectious. Nothing was too much trouble and she was able to answer so many questions about the property and the area as we are relocating. She is diligent in her work even after our purchase chasing solicitors etc. I cannot recommend enough. We have a friend moving later next year so will definitely be back with no hesitation.

Sam has been an amazing estate agent. When he first showed us around the house we bought, his knowledge of the property was very impressive and he was really helpful in answering all of our questions! Sam also has been extremely fast at replying to us throughout the entire house buying process and always kept in the loop with what was going on with the rest of the chain, which was incredibly helpful! We would definitely go with Marco Harris and reach out to Sam in the future when we are looking to move again.

GooglePurchasing through Marco Harris has been an absolute breeze. From the outset, arranging viewings with Ben was hassle-free and easy. The market was (and still is) super aggressive, and whilst Ben was rushed off of his feet I never had to fight to get a property viewing. The process after viewing a property was easy; you filled out a quick 1 minute survey indicating if you liked the property and if you wanted to put an offer down. Once your offer gets accepted Marco Harris outline everything that will happen next, providing helpful tips on what you should be doing and at what stage. You then get put in to a Whatsapp group with multiple people from MH to help oversee the purchase. This was a fantastic way of working and one that I never thought I'd see estate agents use. Coren was fantastic, she kept us up to date with everything that was going on, even down to the little details. On the day of completion, we were greeted at the door with our keys and a wonderful welcome box. I honestly can't recommend MH enough. Ben, Coren, Connor, and everyone there working tirelessly to get us our dream home have been nothing but amazing. If ever I were to sell or purchase, I wouldn't use anyone else other than MH.

Reached out to Sam privately and didnt bother looking anywhere else as knew straight away we would receive quality service for a competitive price. Sam helped us initially with putting our house on the market and they clearly stand out from the crowd with their videos etc. After finding a buyer it then moved on to the most draining part of the process. Despite alot of expletives being said on our end during the conveyancing process, Sam was with us every step of the way and went above and beyond. A WhatsApp group was set up from the beginning and this allowed us to message and call sam whenever we wanted and sam would work out of hours to ensure our needs were met. I would recommend marco Harris in a heartbeat.

GoogleMarco Harris were the selling agents of a property we bought to let out. They were exceptional and of a standard we hadn’t previously experienced. Highly responsive, professional and helpful. They recommended a mortgage broker and solicitor for us to use, both of whom were also excellent. Connor kept us updated weekly, answered our questions quickly and made sure the process was painless and efficient. We were so impressed that we decided to use them as letting agents once we’d bought. Mark dealt with the letting and was equally impressive. He dealt with things professionally and efficiently and we had a choice of excellent tenants to choose from, who we were confident had been well vetted and who effectively pitched to be our tenants. The tenancy was basically lined up by the time we completed on the purchase! We had a great experience having Sam as our Estate Agent for our lovely first home! The communication level was the best part with an easy Whatsapp chat between my partner and I with regular updates on how everything was progressing with the sellers. He was well informed on the house and actually finding the answers to the questions we had rather than the usual "I'll look into that and let you know".. followed by nothing. Safe to say I'd be happy to use Sam again for selling and buying. Would highly recommend

Special thanks to Sam Mansbridge - getting our first home wasn’t that straightforward with new builds and self-employment involved, but he facilitated the entire process making it a pleasant experience. We loved working with Marco Harris, who has much more modern, social first and direct approach to selling properties unlike many high street chain agencies. We also loved how selective they are, making their portfolio top of the top. At the viewing stage, the only properties we truly ended up liking were the ones from MH. If we ever need to sell or buy next property (it will not be soon - this one is perfect!), then we will definitely go with Sam and MH. Highly recommend!

GoogleI’ve been a tenant for a property that Marco Harris manages since January 2022. Absolutely brilliant bunch of people at MH. They rent responsibly, but flexibly by understanding individuals’ circumstances and goals. Rather than instantly turning away potential tenants if they don’t tick every box on the outside, the team at Marco Harris will work with management and landlords to get the right people in the right homes responsibly. Throughout my first weeks’ standard rental teething issues and now into the first quarter of my tenancy, communication and support from the MH team = impeccable! I’m sure other tenants will agree that no one has time to spend hours on the phone trying to log an issue or ask a question, right?! And only to leave voicemails that the wrong person picks up or emails that fall through the cracks, lost in an inbox somewhere. Marco Harris has the perfect solution for this; WhatsApp group for tenant and their back office. There is still a phone line, email and an in-house (?) handy-person (electrician, plumbing etc) available too if needed. I can only vouch for Marco Harris as a tenant, but there is one final thing I’d like to mention that is ESPECIALLY important to tenants over buyers; Your Home is Your Safe Space… once I moved into my rented flat, MH and the landlord personally withdrew themselves and their energy from my newly rented space. I don’t feel like I’m living in someone else’s home… it feels completely my own. And that is something special (and often rare) to find! I feel so at home, safe and comfortable in my flat. Thank you, MH! Marco Harris are professional, responsible, endeavouring and personable and I am so reassured to know I have another three quarters of a year (and hopefully longer)… fingers crossed, right? :) Chloe

Marco Harris were exceptional . Right from the beginning Sam was getting buyers through our door , and sold our 4 storey townhouse in just under 8 weeks. They have a very quirky / up to date approach of how to market your home which really stood out for us ….During the process of the sale , he was always in touch , would chase up queries , and liaised between us and our buyers professionally and promptly . Even after the sale went through , Sam has gone above and beyond tie up a couple of lose ends between us and our buyers …nothing is too much trouble . Would use them again in a heartbeat - thank you to all the team for making it happen ! 10/10
