Amy at Marco Harris is truly like no other estate agent I’ve dealt with in the past. Not only did she arrange an open day and get our house sold within around a week of hitting the market, her communication throughout was second to none, responding to messages at all hours and constantly keeping me in the loop with what was happening.

GoogleKieran, Shannon and Coren worked tirelessly to get our house purchase over the line. They sold our property in 1 day, managing to secure 4 offers following an open day. This enabled us to put forward offers on the house we’d set our hearts on. Down to the guys’ hard work and patience we finally got the house! We moved in on Thursday and are over the moon. Our sale was plain sailing but our purchase was the complete opposite however, they communicated with us daily (sometimes late into the evening and over weekends) to keep us fully informed at every step. We were so grateful for the WhatsApp group as buying and selling property can be a very stressful time; being kept in the loop and updated regularly really helped to calm the nerves! They really did go over and above and we’re extremely grateful. Their social media presence, tour videos and fantastic photos were key to us achieving our sale so quickly. These assets really do set them apart from their competitors. We’d highly recommend Marco Harris; in fact, we have sent friends their way already 😁

From start to finish Marco Harris couldn't have done more. Kept us up to date continuously. Special thanks to Daniel, Connor and Coren. The guys are a must if you appreciate the personal touch from an estate agent. The few days before exchange of contracts they helped enormously and without them we most definitely wouldn't now be where we are in a stunning property. They sold 2 properties for us and we also bought through them. Photos are beautifully presented and their knowledge is outstanding. The WhatsApp group is a great touch and any questions they are quick to respond. Highly recommend to anyone. Thanks again guys.

We recently completed on our house sale with Marco Harris. From the start of the process to the end I found Dan very helpful, committed and professional. Connor came and took pictures of our house and the house was listed the next day. Dan was always motivated to sell our house with an accepted offer coming in quickly but that buyer changed their mind, not to long after another offer come in which we accepted. Communication was really good throughout with Coren working along side Dan. I am happy to recommend Dan and Marco Harris after a positive experience.

From start to finish Kieran & the whole team at Marco Harris where professional, easily contactable & passionate in their work. They are not like any estate agent I have ever used before & trust me- that’s a good thing! The whole team know exactly what is going on, they have a WhatsApp group set up where you can speak at anytime of the day & you can tell the creativity that goes into each and every one of their listings. Not only that they are a lovely bunch of people who genuinely want to help you sell your house & they did it in no time at all! Even with our first potential buyers dropping out - Kieran was straight on to getting it resold and did within 24hours. The videos and pictures Connor took blew our minds too! Great communication, the WhatsApp group set up was a brilliant source of communications and information.I am a bit old school, and at first I wasn’t too sure about it, but I soon realised how useful it was to stay in touch and huge thanks to Coren and Connor for keeping me informed on a regular basis (they even replied to my queries on their day off!)Having dealt with Estate Agents for 3 previous home purchases, I can say the customer service was the best I have experienced.
