During June 2020 Connor (co-founder & director) handled the potential purchase of a flat and the potential sale of a bungalow for my mother. We couldn't have been looked after better. In a period of about three weeks Connor was able to arrange visits to the flat at very short notice; he advised us clearly and concisely; he produced, in consultation with us and taking full account of our wishes and sensibilities, a very well written and illustrated brochure for the sale of the bungalow; he arranged for a viewing and located five potential purchasers happy to make good offers for it. All of this took place during some of the most challenging time of the CoVid pandemic with Connor able to look after the health and safety of all concerned.Connor always presented the highest levels of personal and professional service- he was patient, tactful and flexible, he was calm and professional when dealing with all the worries and questions we presented him with and answered questions clearly and honestly. When, after much soul searching, my mother decided she couldn't face a move and that she would stay in her bungalow- a sale and a purchase "lost"- Connor showed the highest standards of professionalism: he contacted me straight away in a positive manner and asked if there was any way he could have improved the process.I couldn't recommend Marco Harris more highly.

Connor from Marco Harris contacted me when he saw my apartment was available for rent. I'm so glad he did as Marco Harris turned out to be the most proactive, responsive and helpful agent that I have ever dealt with. My property had been on the market for over a month with no real interest, however Connor managed to find the perfect tenant in only 2 days. Then everything from references, Gas Safety Certificate, Inventory etc was sorted exceptionally quickly. The best thing about my experience though was the communication. Connor would reply in minutes with the answers I needed. Nothing was a problem, I can't recommend these guys enough. Thank you Marco Harris and in particular Connor.

Absolutely amazing experience selling our house with Marco Harris. We had constant communication, great advice and professionalism throughout the whole exchange. They went above and beyond to help us with a delay in the chain that we were unable to resolve due to moving 3 hours away. Kieran gave up his Sunday morning to help out without fuss and we could not have been more grateful. Coren in particular was wonderful at keeping us updated and explaining the process.I will rave and recommend Marco Harris to anyone. My only disappointment is that they are not yet nationwide so we cannot use them again in our next house purchase. 10/10 service. Thank you so much to the entire team.

Mark has been fantastic at getting us up and running as first time landlords. He has been helpful an responsive and has been able to secure us tenants to move in within a day of the property being vacated after only one open house viewing. From the outset from Connor and Mark coming to value my property, they were nothing but friendly and realistic with managing my expectations in explaining the process. I was impressed with the professionalism when listing my property. I was introduced to Amy who managed my listing and Sale. Amy communicated in a way that worked well for me due to work, keeping updated on enquiries/viewings in a very timely manner and from going live on the market, Amy got me an offer over asking price in less than 5 days!
