GoogleWe have used Payne and co for the past 10 years to help us choose tenants and most recently to sell our property in all aspects they have always been very professional and provided an excellent service. Most recently Stuart Taylor handled delicate negotiations with our buyer to complete the sale. Would thoroughly recommend their services.

GoogleWe have let our house and subsequently sold it through Payne and Co. Both experiences have been positive. Jason (lettings) was professional and addressed any issues with the property efficiently during the period that it was rented. Good communication both with us and with our tenants led to a positive experience all round. We felt as though our property was being very well looked after for the time that it was rented. Stuart and Sophie (sales) managed the sale of our property. Our property was slightly different and 'quirky' but from the time that it was put on the market, we appreciated Stuart's advice with regards to progressing the sale and Sophie responded to all of our queries appropriately and promptly to ensure that things ran as smoothly as possible.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GooglePayne & Co were so helpful. They made every effort to keep us updated and chase up conveyancers when things had gone a little quiet. They even gave us a little moving in gift which was so thoughtful. We hope we won't be moving again but we will definitely come back to Payne & Co if we do!

Our seller made this a totally unnecessarily drawn out transaction however S&S were great at keeping both us and our buyer updated, as well as doing what they could to push our own purchase on. The deal would have fallen through without them and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks both.

Jason, Liss and Tracey have all been a pleasure to deal with from viewings to property management. While we weren’t lucky enough to find a home this time around, we will definitely contact Payne and Co Oxted when we are ready to try again.
