GooglePayne & Co were so helpful. They made every effort to keep us updated and chase up conveyancers when things had gone a little quiet. They even gave us a little moving in gift which was so thoughtful. We hope we won't be moving again but we will definitely come back to Payne & Co if we do!

Our seller made this a totally unnecessarily drawn out transaction however S&S were great at keeping both us and our buyer updated, as well as doing what they could to push our own purchase on. The deal would have fallen through without them and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks both.

Jason, Liss and Tracey have all been a pleasure to deal with from viewings to property management. While we weren’t lucky enough to find a home this time around, we will definitely contact Payne and Co Oxted when we are ready to try again. They have really great local knowledge and are genuinely honest and friendly. We really do recommend them if you are buying or selling in the Oxted area.

GoogleWhen I needed to sell my mums house after her death I invited 4 local estate agents to view. I appointed Payne & Co as they demonstrated integrity and sound approach / advice. They did not disappoint, the house was sold quickly, the right price was achieved, and the management of processes through to completion were professionally managed. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Payne & Co to others, it is rare to find an estate agent who cares about customer service.
