GoogleWe have been renting a property for some time now. Natalie and Sean have always been most professional, and willing to step in to help us resolve issues when the property managers were off duty. Once, when the washer has broken down for 3 months, Taylor’s stepped in and got their electrician to deliver the washing machine on the same day. We feel the ‘after sales’ service here is great and feel looked after.

GoogleI am deeply disappointed with my recent encounter at Taylors. During the key handover, Senior Branch Manager Natalie Meech exhibited disrespectful and discriminatory behavior, including a noticeable racial bias. Unfortunately, she failed to extend even the simplest courtesies, such as offering a seat. Additionally, there were requests for unlawful demands on behalf of the landlord, escalating the situation further. Regrettably, Natalie’s conduct included contacting the landlord in our presence, advising against us, and suggesting conversations behind our backs. This experience, compounded by racial bias, has tainted my perception of a company like Taylors. On a positive note, I appreciate Sean’s courteous and respectful assistance. Considering the severity of the situation, we are compelled to report this behavior to relevant authorities. Discrimination, particularly when coupled with racial bias, has no place, and we cannot accept being treated as anything less than equal.”

GoogleWe spent 1.5 months without a hot shower. Would not recommend renting from them. Throughout our tenancy they were inefficient to respond, and took an unreasonably long time to hand back our deposit.

GoogleArranged a viewing for a property in abingdon. The estate agent did not show. Someone viewing the property 20 minutes after our scheduled appointment showed up as well. The agent did not show up for them either. There was no attempt to contact us or anyone picking up at the office. Will not use again.

GoogleI found taylors estate agents in oxford to be absolutely brilliant and a pleasure to deal with. Right from the offset I found Luke and his team to be extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. They were able to get my house on to the market very quickly and within just a couple of days I had floods of people viewing my home and before I knew it I had not one, but, two offers on the table. The guys at the office did what they do best and worked with my buyers and got them up to a price I was really really happy with, all I had to do was choose which one I wanted to go with. I highly reccommend anybody who is thinking about selling their home to sell through taylors, they were fantastic throughout the whole process. Luke recommended I used their in house solicitors and im glad I did, I was sold and moved within 10 weeks and they were able to help me through everything and if I had any questions all I had to do was ask Luke and he was able to explain everything to me. Should I move again I will deffinitely be using them. Taylors really do live up to being the best estate agents in the UK.

GoogleRecently I needed to let my property in Oxford so I arranged a couple of valuations from the local lettings agents. I had three people out including Natalie from Taylors she was by far the best person. She took time to explain the process to me as I'd never let a house before. She was honest with the valuation and the services that Taylors could offer. I had no hesitation in instructing Taylors. Soon after instructing them I had numerous viewings and within a week the place had been let. The admin team in the office are fantastic and everything was done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Taylors to anybody and I will be using them again in the future. Thank you Natalie and the team. Luke

GoogleJo, Sean and Keegan helped me move from out of town into my new rental property in less than a month from the original inquiry. They even helped me sort out the issues that were reported at move in within a few days. They have been polite, attentive and quick to help. Very happy with how the whole process has gone.
