GoogleThanks to the Scott Fraser team including Michael Joubert, Zoe Warwick and Gareth Thomas at the Summertown office for their fantastic service. We have recently switched agents to Scott Fraser following recommendation. The Scott Fraser Landlord Switch Service handled all complexities and issues in change of agent, taking the stress out of making the shift with everything clearly explained at all stages. We can already see the benefit of the professional approach and management skills of the Scott Fraser team and advantages of having an Oxford based agent with good local connections.

Recently I have been working with Dominic and have found him to be very organised and helpful, especially when answering the phone and helping with any queries. He has always been on time to the appointments we have made, and has a very friendly but professional manner. He is a credit to the team and will help to continue their consistently high standard of service.

GoogleI have used a dozen Lettings Agents in various parts of the Country over the last decade. I give Scott Fraser Full marks. They basically provide a turn-key service finding good tenants quickly; being flexible about the terms of the lease; monitor the property; and deal with all the incidentals (like council tax, gas and electricity) if there is a void. They are also flexible about paying service charges and ground rents for me. In addition their office is well sited in Summertown; it is very nice but not too palatial. I have found their staff efficient and their financial information and control is excellent. In addition Scott Fraser sold a flat for me. It proved a very difficult matter with a lease extension dragging on for months. Scott Fraser stuck with it, with frequent nudges and feedback to an irritated buyer - all well in the end. An EXCELLENT effort on their part. I strongly recommend them for all you property needs. DSF March 2018

GoogleVery poor service I just was about to move on the 30th of this month, and I have already paid agency fees. but due to credit check history which I checked and sent them after was all clear they decided to list the flat in the market without even given me notice in advance., so now I have no accommodation for the next period and I am planning to take a legal action towards this agency !!! notE: That I WAS GOING TO PAY EVERYTHING IN ADVANCE

GoogleZoe and Emily have been excellent at helping us through the process of finding a flat. Throughout both of them have been honest about the property and sensitive to our needs as tenants. Helped us liase with the landlord to come to the agreement we both wanted. After being messed about by another agent in Oxford their professional and efficient approach is refreshing. We're moving in at the end of this week and it will have taken less than two weeks to find, view and move into our first home together. We're incredibly grateful :) Thanks so much.

GoogleI chose Scott Fraser after having 3 agents look at my property. Patrick showed a genuine interest, spent time at the property, gave me confidence in SF and came up with a valuation considerably more than the others. The photography and presentation was first class and the property sold inside 3 months in the middle of winter. If I phoned SF I could usually speak to Oliver or Patrick or they would soon call me back. Emails similarly received a prompt reply. A totally trouble free experience therefore next time they will be my first choice.

GoogleGreat customer service again from Scott Fraser. Always a pleasure to deal with them and they never mind how many times I ring ( well probably do but never let on) and email with queries. Oliver Saxton has helped us through our sale and has been amazing. Always so helpful, thinks ahead and keeps the whole process going from start to finish. We have always had a great experience from this very professional estate agent and would highly recommend using them. Thanks to all at the Summertown branch and Oliver especially for being completely brilliant at all times.

GoogleI cannot say enough great things about this branch in Summertown. I phoned the office late one afternoon in a dejected state and managed to speak to the lovely Nicola. I was essentially depressed at the lack of respect and professionalism that I had been afforded in the preceding weeks by the other agents in the area. She apologised on their behalf and asked me if there was any particular property that I had seen or was interested in seeing. Before I knew it, we were booked in to see the house of our dreams. When we walked in we fell in love with the place but the viewing was bittersweet as we felt it was beyond our price range. She insisted on us putting an offer forward and through her careful and sensitive negotiation, we had an offer accepted with a few days. From start to finish, she worked tirelessly with us and the vendors in progressing matters in a friendly, efficient and sophisticated manner. It is a credit to her and her whole team (Karen and Patrick in particular) that matters concluded so seamlessly. She reassured us when we were down and remained positive even when we thought things were slipping away. It was clear to us that the whole team were genuinely happy for us throughout this process. I would heartily recommend these guys to anyone wishing to sell (or let) their property in the North Oxford area.

GoogleMy girlfriend and I had a terrible experience with this agency. The landlord accepted our offer and we paid the agency fees. They delayed sending us the contract and 7 days after the referencing process was supposedly completed we received an email telling us that the landlord had decided to go with another tenant. Scottfraser claimed they were unaware! Then what is the point in having an agency??? We never even saw a contract! If ScottFraser cannot provide a contract in time and cannot guarantee that the landlord they are dealing with isn't also letting privately, then there is no chance for the prospective tenant! I have lost all trust in this agency, and can only describe them as being incompetent.

Googlei have been dealing with scottfraser for over three and half years first i have asked them to let my property, they found me the perfect tenant, when the tenant moved out after three years, after enquiring with them about the sale value of my property I've decided to sell the property, and asked them to put it on the market, they dealt with it very professionally and smoothly and found me a buyer very quicklyi am very happy with the service i ve recieved during the three years they had managed my property and during the sale process thank you for every one involved.

GoogleOver the past 8 years I have used a number of agents in Oxford, for both sales and letting, with mainly disappointing to very disappointing results. A couple of years ago I was lucky enough to chat to staff at Scottfraser's lettings office in Cowley and as a result they looked after my property for a year. The standard of service was excellent. Communication was prompt and clear and as a landlord by circumstance who no longer lives in Oxford I finally felt that I could trust an agent to manage my property. When I came to sell the house I had no hesitation over using Scottfraser to handle the sale and again I have been extremely impressed. The sale has not been straightforward but Scottfraser have always been on top of things and I have never doubted their judgement and professionalism. The sales and lettings teams have both acted in the best interests of me and my tenants and, again finding myself an Oxford landlord by circumstance, I would not even consider anyone other than Scottfraser to manage the new property.
