GoogleI have never seen anything like that in my life. You fix an appointment with a letting agency, drive for 90 minutes to see the property and no turns up. The agent calls you back after 40 minutes saying that she was stuck in a meeting and another agent should have turned up! Very disappointed!NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

We are thankful in particular to Rachel Nichols, who arranged the viewing and quickly answered all our enquiries, and Martina Landi, for her efficient processing of the contract and other paperwork. Scott Fraser will definitely be our first choice letting agent in future.
