GoogleRichard did a brilliant job in the procurement process of our house. Even if we were not the direct customer, he permanently maintained the contact between the sellers and us. Our first chain fell through, however I am now able to write comfortably this review from my new house because he permanently reassured the sellers that we were the right purchasers and did everything he could to make it happen. If we ever sale this property in the future, he will be the first person that we will contact. His professionalism, efficiency and cheerful disposition are second to none.
