Scott Fraser has been managing the house we rent for the past three years, and we could not be happier with their service. Chris Carter is our main contact, and he does a super job. He always responds quickly, and gets service people in right away if there are any problems. What few problems we have had have been very minimal, because they inspect regularly and maintain everything to a high standard. Everyone we have dealt with in the office has been friendly, well-informed and efficient. I can't recommend them too highly.

Boris Bobev showed an incredible level of professionalism. He was always patient and flexible with my demands, and truly helpful in guiding me throughout my search. He was also very honest when I showed interest in properties that he believed would not be suitable, which demonstrated how diligent he was in understanding my requirements. My two housemates and i have been living in one of their properties for the past year and in that time have been struggling with insufficient help from the estate agents.This includes : Not responding to alot of our maintenance issues, Unclear message about our bill costs Not answering the phone from our numbers, but having to call through a Friends number in order to be received. And now we are dealing with a mice infestation which they have not tended to (despite trying to contact them for the past month), we even suspect now that there are dead rodents within the walls because there are now swarms of flies around the house. This is unacceptable treatment, highly wouldn't recommend especially if you're a student.

The amount of issues I have encountered with Scott Fraser in the past year is ridiculous! Right from the very first day I was overcharged and spent a whole afternoon sorting out their mistake. It then took three months to receive actual clear answers about our landlord and bills after only every receiving one or two cryptic details. Little to no communication at all - I think the last time someone actually picked up one of my calls was 6 months ago. No idea who the current landlord even is! Multiple problems with the boiler, the shower, fridge that were either neglected for weeks or still haven't been resovled. To top it off, I've been living with a mouse infestation for 4 months now with no action taken, they're in the kitchen, the living room and upstairs by the bedrooms. And now the estate agents are telling me the rent is being raised! Don't go anywhere near Scott Fraser if you want to live not just stress-free but in basic humane conditions!

What a wonderful experience. A very professional team, from the photographer, who selected the features delightfully, to the professional sale negotiators. Oliver Saxton, from the Summertown branch, is an absolute delight. He is not only reassuring, discreet and very polite, moreover, punctual, trustworthy and extremely reliable. Before any viewing, Oliver always forwards notification relatively early. He conducts the viewing most of the time and the best of all, the care after viewing. The house is looked after with such wonderful care thus a total trust and rest of mind. I highly recommend Oliver. A true professional gent.

I was a little apprehensive of moving house but from the moment I welcomed Oliver through the door for an initial valuation the prospect became less overwhelming. Highly professional, extremely hardworking, always friendly and courteous Oliver secured a sale in less than a month with reliable lovely purchasers. Any issues in our chain - and it was a long one - were resolved with charm, tact and determination! At last a firm of estate agents who work hard, are transparent in their motives and get results. My partner and I received the worst service ever from this agency. We agreed to let a flat with them, we payed for agencies fees and the property was taken out of the market. After we left the UK (Christmas holidays) they emailed us saying that the Landlord accepted a higher offer to rent the flat. Now we have no place to live and we are unable to look for an alternative accommodation because we are away. Thank you Scott Fraser, Merry Christmas.

I was impressed by Scott Fraser the first time I met them, however to start with I decided to appoint a very slightly cheaper alternative instead. All that transpired over the next few months were lots of assurances with next to no viewings. I soon realised I should have trusted my instinct and gone with Scott Fraser. I made the change and felt instantly relieved. Nicola, Karen and Penny have been amazing. Not only have they done a great job of marketing the property, drumming up in interest and conducting viewings in a professional manner, but Nicola in particular has gone above and beyond what I could have hoped for in terms of the support, reassurance and guidance she has given to me. The sale process has not been without its challenges, but Nicola has been a huge support throughout and I don't know if I could have got through it without her! If you're looking for an estate agent in Oxford, don't look anywhere else!

My experience with ScottFraser, represented by Nicola Horner, has been outstanding. Two other agencies, one local agent and one national chain, had not managed to sell our 4 bed detached house in Botley for two summer seasons, even when in the second summer the market was booming and the buyers were queuing up. In fall of the second year we asked Nicola to market the house, and she arranged a sale at asking price during the winter season. With very competent professional advice and excellent communications Nicola delivered on all agreements at the agreed deadline. I recently sold my property through Scott Fraser and I cannot speak more highly of them. Jenny and the team went (in my opinion) over and above what I might have expected of them, to ensure that my sale went through smoothly. There were some bumps in the road as can be the case with property, but I have to credit the team with working flat out to ensure the sale was completed in time, in order to ensure the chain remained intact. Jenny was approachable yet professional, and communicated clearly and effectively throughout the process, something that is so important during the process. In her absence, the rest of the team had a good knowledge of the property and the sale (by the time I sold the property I am sure every member of the team knew me and didn't need to ask who it was calling!). I would certainly recommend them if you are looking to sell your property.

Scott Fraser arranged the sale of our apartment for us earlier this year and we couldn't have chosen a better estate agent for the job. From start to finish Nicola Horner was a pure delight to work with: professional, friendly, understanding, intelligent and diligent. She understood the market brilliantly, and was so quick to arrange viewings that we had 4 booked in before the property was even on the internet! I approached three estate agents with regards to selling my flat. One agent, I felt, valued it far too low - the 'pile 'em high, sell 'em quick' mindset. One got a bit overexcited and I believed valued unrealistically high and started talking about open houses and all sorts of complicated things. Conversely, Nicola at Scott Fraser clearly knew her stuff right from the start. Her valuation was sensible and backed up by recent sales of other similar properties. When she subsequently contacted me to ask if I'd made a decision about selling my property, she always had useful and relevant information. Plus, it's a small thing but I asked her to email me rather than phone, which she always did - unlike the other estate agents I had contacted. In summary, I went with Scott Fraser because I found them to be both professional and knowledgeable plus - I think most importantly - they listened to what I wanted and worked with me to sell my flat. I found everyone at Scott Fraser friendly and helpful at all times. The process of selling my flat was painless and rewarding. Although Scott Fraser were the most expensive of the three agents I approached, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We bought a house through Scott Fraser during a buoyant market so their main client was the seller and not us. However the time and effort they gave to us was first rate! Karen Wrigley couldn't do enough for us. Prompt replies to any of our questions and did whatever necessary to assist our requests. All whilst being very friendly. In the times that Karen was unavailable other Scott Fraser staff were quick to assist.
