GoogleGreat service, specially thanks to Charles our property manager at Scottfraser for being so efficient and helpful on solving the issue with the boiler at our property. GoogleI can't recommend Ollie and his team at Scott Fraser highly enough. It is a complex decision picking an agent to represent the sale of your home and from the outset Ollie's refreshing approach was tailored, personal, data driven and responsive to feedback. In truth it is not that Ollie helped us sell our house, but rather without his extraordinary efforts we simply would not have got our sale over the line. Engaging Ollie and Scott Fraser to sell our house was a decision that more than paid for itself.

GoogleI have just sold my house in Oxford through Scott Fraser estate agents based in Summertown. The sales agent and manager were incredibly helpful and did far more than I could have dreamt of. I was an overseas landlord so I could not meet up with tradespeople and do other things. They went out of their way to make the process go smoothly. They gave very good and balanced advice. They were kind and helpful in situations when everything did not go to plan even though it was not due to them. They were always very easy to contact and very supportive with excellent advice and contacts with trades people. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleAs Americans wanting to sell a house we purchased in Oxford, we were unfamiliar with the regulations and customs associated with the process. Oliver Saxton and his colleagues (especially Jenny Philip) at scottfraser estate agents in Summertown were absolutely marvelous in taking us through the entire process. I dropped in with no appointment and Oliver patiently and courteously explained the whole process, including the outstanding special winter offer (low commission rate, free legal services, etc.) that was then available. He arranged to come to our house within days, provided us with all the needed information about the housing market, and suggested what we considered an optimistic guide price. He also provided useful information on what work we did, and did not, have to do on our house to get it ready to show to customers. Within weeks, before the house was officially listed, we had several potential buyers from the scottfraser list of clients in to see the house, one of whom purchased it at full guide price. The entire process went smoothly, including scottfraser assisting with several items that were raised by the buyers solicitors. We could not be more satisfied with the process of selling our house and would highly recommend Oliver Saxton and his colleagues. They were knowledgeable, courteous, supportive and trustworthy.

GoogleHaving accepted an offer on my house in September I have been looking for a new home since then. Scott Fraser have been working hard - especially Alice. She has accompanied me to a number of viewings and discussed my wish-list. I haven't yet reached anything like 34 viewings before finding an ideal home (the record held by a friend who moved to Oxford in 1986!) but even so Alice has smiled through all the discussions about garden size, tables in kitchens and most recently Leylandii hedges as high as the house.

GoogleI am really pleased with Scott Fraser's service and especially with Zoe Warwick who was my agent and who helped me find a lovely flat to rent. Zoe acted in a highly professional capacity: she responded to my numerous emails in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable about the different properties that we viewed together. She went out of her way to make sure I was happy with the property I finally chose, and helped with the quick preparation of all necessary documents. Zoe is also very friendly and helpful, a huge asset to the company, I'm sure. Great service and great properties; I would definitely recommend Scott Fraser's Summertown office most highly.

GoogleI went to Scott Fraser because the first agent that I had chosen failed to sell my house after 3 months, despite many viewings. Scott Fraser were excellent, really proactive and much more selective in identifying those potential buyers who were seriously interested. The result was that I had offers from two separate couples within four weeks, the second of whom have bought my house at a price that was within my target range. Agent Alice Murch was superb, very involved throughout and doing her best to speed up the contract exchange process. I would recommend Scott Fraser strongly to anyone wanting to sell their house in North Oxford.

GoogleIn a volatile and uncertain market and with the added complexity of a property owner who lives overseas, one can't afford to have an agent who drops the ball. Jenny Philip and Oliver Saxton have been what I can only describe as a force of nature when it comes to representing someone selling their house. Their dedication, commitment, and attention to detail are second to none. It didn't take me any time to know that I am in good hands. I found them highly professional, extremely accessible, friendly, personable, communicative, and responsive within minutes of emailing or phone. Scott Fraser is a very reputable agency and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

GoogleWe used Scott Fraser as our second estate agent following being on the market after a sale fell through and were very pleased at the time they took to talk through the options and get everyone to know the property before showing people round. Oliver was a great point of contact and dealt with everything carefully and efficiently. Although we paid slightly more as a fee I feel we got more from the sale than we might have otherwise so it was worth it.
