Brilliant start to finish. We sold a property with Penny and Sinclair and they took time and diligence with our needs and supported us while we weren't local. They went the extra mile to make sure things went smoothly. Would recommend and certainly use again.

After finding a new build property, we needed to sell our property to secure it. Then lockdown happened, however, a buyer out of the blue wanted to purchase our property. We accepted, however, Erling after being told to be honest to our buyer, told them we would be out in 2 weeks after exchange. After creating tension between us and our buyer, he moved her in to rent 3 doors down! He asked us to also pay her rent of 1300k a month, a ridiculous request in which he thought was acceptable. He also showed people through our windows when he knew we were out. We spoke to Mr Penny who simply said we were telling a different story to Erling. We are now homeless waiting for our house to be built. I would not recommend Penny & Sinclair to anyone.
