I recently sold my house with Penny & Sinclair and I would wholeheartedly recommend them as agents. Angie who did all the hard work was excellent - her original estimate of the value of the house, her encouragement and wisdom to hold out for higher offers when we had the offers from developers, her determination and enthusiasm to find people well suited to the house who really wanted to live there, and her friendly, positive, optimistic and professional approach throughout were all spot on and very much appreciated. I was pleased with how the process went and that it was completed within my timeframe.

Both properties exceeded expectations. The self-check-in process was easy and efficient. Properties were beautifully decorated and offered comfortable space for our large group of guests.Georgia & Emily were very accommodating and always responsive to our queries and needs. Penny and Sinclair dealt with my recent house sale in Oxford, which went without a hitch and with excellent personal service. We received valuations from a few estate agents and these varied quite widely, but we went with Penny and Sinclair since they provided the clearest rationale for their valuation. This decision was vindicated, since we accepted an offer above asking price within a few days. They clearly have a good understanding of the local market and pitched the property just right.

My daughter and I came to Oxford needing a Short Let while my daughter attended a Summer Program. We were unhappy with our choices until reaching Lisa and Amber at Penny & Sinclair. Amber came up with a solution that was perfect for us just in time for the program's beginning. Lisa and Lillimai provided outstanding service and helped make our stay comfortable. We hope to be back next summer for another great experience in Oxford.

GoogleWe purchased a house from Penny and Sinclair and it was a little bumpy but we have to say Kate dealt with us and the vendors amazingly well. Very responsive and an excellent mediator working out of ours (even though we asked her not to) to resolve our issues. This is what estate agency is meant to be like and the first time in our experience of buying and selling houses where we felt looked after.

GoogleI listed a property solely with Penny Sinclair and under the direction of Lizanne Simmons, one of the principal agents. I found Ms. Simmons extremely knowledgeable and insightful as to how best to proceed in an extremely difficult market. She quickly guided just the appropriate buyers to my property and the sale went through smoothly and efficiently. Beyond this, I found whatever information I needed re: details of buying and selling, moving, temporary insurance and other related issues, Ms. Simmons provided immediate and appropriate guidelines. I demanded a lot from this estate agency and from Ms. Simmons and was impressed with the responses I was given.
