Professional and polite team. Easily accessible by phone to discuss issues. Reliable. I often can’t see my property advertised on air bnb despite searching. Properties should be visible on air bnb if they are advertised there by P&S.

Penny & Sinclair claim on their website that they are renowned for quality, excellence and superior customer service. This could not be further from the truth in my experience as an ex-tenant. Their attention to detail and general follow-up to issues raised was poor and unprofessional.
