About Martin & Co Oxford
We are an established estate and lettings agent based in central Oxford with a sister branch in Thame. We have been selling, letting and managing properties in and around Oxford for 15 years including in Cowley, Headington, Marston, Summertown, Botley, Central Oxford, Kidlington, Woodstock, Yarnton and Wheatley. We find tenants of all types for landlords, including professionals, academics, post & under-graduate students, and foreign nationals visiting for work and study. I was a little bit surprised by their kindness and willing to help at first after not so pleasant experience with some other letting agencies in the area, BUT extremely delighted. We had to move in asap, and they did they best and we had a place in 2 days time. Thank you. I already recommended them to couple of friends. Will do it again.

GoogleI recently rented a house with Martin and Co and was impressed by the excellent customer service and straightforward renting process. I needed the property a few days earlier than the official starting date set by the landlord and they negotiated this for me. All of my questions were answered quickly and clearly. The fact that most of the paperwork could be done online was particularly convenient for me. Definitely recommend them.

GoogleConsidering the fact that renting a place in today's modern age via an estate agency (or not) can be a very time consuming, complex and energy draining process, Martin and Co. and Iulia Hogas in particular made it very clear and as easy as possible for me and my best friend to move in together. Highly prompt and comprehensive communication, excellent professional service at comparatively attractive agency fees.

He is very polite and has a sense of humour which is very much lacking in some people that we have dealt with. Unfortunately our circumstances have changed and we will no longer be moving to Oxford so I wanted to write this review to give Luke the credit he deserves.

Kind, friendly staff who took my situation as its own and helped guide me through the moving process every step of the way without overly complicated protocols or terminologies I've experienced with other agencies. Always on the other end of an email or phone call to assist where possible. A good choice for lettings.
